Assassin crawled up the cliff, body aching and fur matted and dull. His grey-green-blue eyes were bloodshot, and he saved himself up another to another paw hold. The dark tabby warrior came to a ledge large enough to stand on, and crouched upon it, sweat dripping down his face. HIs vision was blurry, but he wasn't truly seeing the world. Visions of death and pain flashed in front of Assassin's eyes, and he gulped, panting. He could feel every pain in his body as if it were in a cycle. First, it didn't hurt at all, then, the pain felt like claws and thorns digging far into his skin. The pain dulled, until it was a drone in his head, and then sharpened again. Assassin knew the answer of the tree, but as he looked upwards, towards the top of the cliff, he feared that he wouldn't live to give the solution of the riddle to the other cats.
