i don't remember where the other forms are for my cats, but i do know that Tigerheart is as you say Tigerstar and he is male, Thornheart is male and he is a warrior, Foresttear is still the med cat and she is female, and as i sent you, Forestkit is now Forestpaw and needs a mentor and i might not be on for much longer, i am in school, i will get on when i get back home)
