I smiled as my pelt brushed against Blueshard's. I quickly froze scenting the air as my ears twitched slightly. "Someone's here!" I whispered nudging Blueshard towards a group of bushes. I picked up my pace, keeping a look out for the strange cats.

I pricked my ears to here cats padding through the trees. "I'll go," I hissed, quickly turning back towards them I added. "Alone." I stalked through the trees, pausing in a group of bushes to watch first. I saw 2 cats a Tom and a she-cat. They must be on their way back to camp, I realized. I saw them start to speed up and followed slowly behind them.

As soon as I got a glimpse of Riverstar I spun around into the den and raced to get herbs. I grabbed a leaf full of different kinds of herbs. I hoped they would do as I reached Riverstar. "Sit," I demanded setting down the leaf.

I stumbled into camp. My body was shaking with fear as I settled down beside the fresh kill pile. My mind was stain with the image of flowing blood and how fast those cats worked. I shook my head as I squeezed my eyes shut.
