Luna looked quickly at her paws as Akai glanced at her. She sighed and turned around to head for her den. She lied down inb her den,looking at the empty oine beside her. She couldn't help but feel sad about Akai. Oh Akai...

Jake walked through the forest,looking around. Up ahead,he saw Gabrielle and the two pups. He saw her eyes sparkle with annoyance and he smirked. He ran over and grabbed the meat from Elijah. "Oh no,it'll be alll MINE!" he replied,his voice in a pup like pitch.

Gabrielle sighed with relief at the sight of another wolf, Jake. She watched him as he took the meat away from Elijah. She chuckled softly, her fluffy fur slightly tangled from trying to catch the piece of flesh that started this whole thing.

Elijah growled then launched himself at Jake. "MINE!" He said loudly as he slammed into Jake's side. "Give it to me!" His ears shot up and he glared at Jake as he lay there on the floor.

Jade laughed uncontrollably as Elijah fell to the ground. "You heard em'. The rabbit's all his." She shouted at Elijah.

Elijah flipped around then charged at Jade bringing her to the ground. "Say your sorry!" He barked.

"Say I am sorry for what?!" She replied angrily.

"Just say it!" His eyes pierced hers.

"No." Jade said pushing him off her, then darting behind Jake for protection.

Jake laughed and watched the two pups. "No way,Jade and I will share this,and you can't get any because your being mean," he said,keeping it away from the male pup.

Elijah's expression went from angry to almost depressed in an instant. He looked up at Jake with large hazel eyes and let his rump lower to the ground. He began to whimper softly at the male who was much larger than him. "Please..." Elijah begged and his ears lowered.

Gabrielle gently grabbed Elijah by the scuff and began to walk once again. She knew Elijah would not be quiet unless he was given what he wanted. A muffled sigh of relief escaped her lips as they made there way into the out parts of camp. Gabrielle placed Elijah down and looked back towards Jake and Jade.

Jade followed after her mother, but stayed close to Jake as well. Just in case her brother would loose it and come after her. She watched Jake walk with large, admiring eyes.

Jake laughed and smiled. He sat down and set the prey on the pile. He made sure Elijah didn't get it,and gave him a mouse. "There," he said,and bit off a chunk for Jade. "There you go Jade," he said,smiling. He then took a chunk for himself and looked at the pup's mother. "Would you like some?" he asked, moving over to make room.

Gabrielle took his offer with a nod of her head and made her way next to him and her pups. Her tail wagged with delight at the thought of food and afterwards her nice warm den. Gabrielle then turned her head to Jake. "Thank you." She said in a soft, calm voice as she began to eat her chunk of meat.

Elijah pranced to the chunk of meat that was just for him. "Ya!" He yipped gobbling down the mouse with a large, content smile. "Thanks Jake!" Elijah managed to say with a mouth full of food. The vibrant, red colored mouse blood trikcled from his mouth down his chin and then down his neck.

Jade munched on her piece as well. Though she wasn't as hungry as Elijah was nor her mother. Jade thanked Jake as she finished the last piece.

"Your welcome,all three," he chuckled and took another bite. He had finished because he hadn't gone hunting yet today and wanted to save it for his other pack members. He smiled at Gabrielle and Jade,then did crossed eyes at Elijah. He shook his fur and dipped his head,padding out into the dense undergrowth that was the forest.
