Kiowna watched Shina leave and walked up to Hunter, "You touch one fur on her body or anyone elses I'll have your head in the food pile got that tramp?!" He snarled, showing his long razor-like teeth.

Shina sighed, "Lets go back to camp, Kiowna." she said.

Kiowna gave a final growl to the "loner" and nodded, "Okay." He started walking home.

"He's not gonna hurt me, you know. You don't have to make a big deal about this." Shina sighed again.

Kiowna growled, "You never know what a lone wolf is going to do. They're unpredictable." He hissed the last word. "Besides, hoe easy would it be to sneak in to a territory that already knows your smell and trusts you and steal their kill or kill an adult or a few pups?"

"I was a loner once!" Shina retorted. "And we don't have any pups and the adults are perfectly capable of protecting themselves."

"Yes and did all the packs you walk in to trust you?" He said gently but then strengthened his voice, "Not when they're asleep!" He sighed, laying his ears back, "And you know that the pack will start pairing up and having pups"

Shina growled irritably. She couldn't argue with that. She quickened her pace and looked away from Kiowna.

Kiowna bumped her side, "You know I'm over protective. All I want is you and my packmates and the future pups safe." He sighed, "I am very willing to die for you all."

"He's not going to hurt anyone! I can tell." Shina said, still not looking back at him.
