"God. I`m more trouble than I`m worth...mabey you should let Shady take me...." Gracie murmered.

Demon looked at Gracie. "What?! Gracie" Demon said.

Demon nuzzled her. "But Gracie." He said looking in to her eyes. "no. I would rather die with Marcuse then see you go with him."

Shima gasped, coughing water from her lungs.

Demon looked away from Gracie looking in to the river.

Shadow heard Shima coughing. "Shima?" He barked, running to Shima. He looked at Darkness. "You! You did this to her!" He snarled, baring his teeth at Darkness.

Midnight Sparrow came out of the bushes and went up to Demon. "Daddy?" she asked him. Demon looked at the young pup smiled then looked away.

Marcuse went on in tell the trees were so close together he could get through them with out going on a path. "Were am I?" he asked himself. the forest was silent.
