"fancy." she smirked. "im not sure where my parents are ... probably crow food by now." she shrugged. "besides, having the power of turning into a shadow ... like, a literal shadow on the ground and being able to control them, is only helpul when im catching prey so far."

"Sounds like you could use shadow possesion.I heard of it from Frost,my mom,once.Its when a cat who can become or controls shadows can control another animal by using their shadow,"Snake said.

Spark's eyes lit up. "or when your attacking another cat!!"

Night froze for a moment, her red eye glowing for a short second before shaking a thought out of her head. "damn it, not again ... drat headaches." she hissed lowly to herself.

"Headache?What from?"Snake asked.

"well, around every new-moon, maybe a quarter moon before or whatever, i get these mouse-brained headaches that drive me nutty!" she sighed, annoyed at her headaches showing up around the same time each day for the past 4 days,

"Mabe it means you'll be changing into your demonist form soon,"Snake suggested.

"oh no not THIS again ... first the crow and now you two!" she grumbled lowly. "well i don't know WHAT happens when i do go into my 'demonist' form but i do know that i seem to get blacked out the first day of the new-moon."
