Hope turned. "i dont follow his orders. and if i did it would be better than hating every demonist, except your own kits."-Hope looked at them-"you hate every one of us except them? well, i cant wait to have them on my side of the border." Hope took more than half of Haru's hope.

Hark flinched at her mothers words, ones she had heard repeativitly since she was only a couple days old. She stood up slowly and slimmed out of camp, her head and tail down.

Hope laughed. "leave? leave? you really think i will leave?" Hope was on the edge of transforming. she turned to the kit. "come with me, we will protect you , more than your mother ever will." her voice was gentle. it was the voice she used on rare occasions, one she has never used before. her true voice.

Hark looked up at Hope with dull almost lifeless eyes. "Go where? To another place I'm no wanted?" she asked, her voice dry and sad.

Haru growled before stalking away.

Hope smiled. "no. this is a place where you are wanted." Hope's voice was comforting. she turned on Haru. "abandoning your kit just like the weakling you are." she stole more of Haru's hope, bringing her down to the suicidal level and then bringing it back up again to disorient her. she turned back to the kit. "whats your name?" she asked gently.
