Cometpaw blinked open his eyes as he returned to the living world. "Silverthorn!" he cried. "Where are you?"

Emeraldpaw sat down by everyone else. She had nobody left in the world…Stormpaw might be dead, her parents had new kits, and she hadn't seen her only true friend, Soakpaw, in forever. She sighed, "Soakpaw?"

At the sound of her name, Soakpaw magically appeared. "Oh hi, Emeraldpaw." The soft-spoken she-cat mewed. "How was the fight? I was with Robincrest watching the last few episodes of The Bachelor sorting a massive pile of herbs. Is everyone okay? We were completely oblivious to the whole thing.".

[Shiverice]

"I think everyone is fine," Emeraldpaw said quietly.

Soakpaw cocked her ear. "Is everything okay?" she asked her friend. "You seem... depressed."

Parsnippaw skipped around the territory, hysterically laughing and killing woodland critters as she waited for her handsome almost-mate Flickerpaw.

"Stormpaw is gone, and my parents don't care about me anymore. You're really all I have," Emeraldpaw said softly.

"Well, at least you're better off then Robincrest," Soakpaw mewed sweetly. xD
