Luminary watched the destruction around her. The black she-cat shivered. No. I mustn't feel regret. This is what Mother wanted. This is what my brother and I must do. Brother. Upon thinking the word, Lumi realized that she needed to see Arcane again. The had never spoken outside of dreams, and Luminary needed to talk to Arcane. "Dryclaw. Limepaw. Watersnake." As Luminary spoke their names, the three demon cats appeared before her. "Find Arcane. Bring him to me. Keep him unharmed. If there is so much as a single scratch on his pelt, you will regret it." Her cold gaze drifted to Limepaw. "And I'm sure you do not want to return to your former state."

"Yes, my queen," the warriors meowed in unison. They shot into the forest, Limepaw leading the way.

Vinestripe frantically weaved through the fighting cats. "Parsnippaw! Mercurystorm! Cometpaw! Leopardsnarl! Banditfeather! Devilsong! Fernfrost!" The thought of her loved ones getting hurt in this made Vinestripe sick to her stomach.

As Spiritstar watched as Magmastar caught Nightmare off guard he dashed behind the large shadow cat and tripped him. He could feel the weight yet the lightness of the cat that sent shivers up his spine.

Venomstar felt Nightmare's claws in her pelt but he didn't get a good enough swipe before Magmastar had hit him. She jumped back quickly licking her wound.
