Silverthorn licked at her leg wound, cursing herself for not avoiding the blow.

Spiritstar hissed and followed Magmastar's attack he ducked low as she went high.

Venomstar followed suit. She burst around to the other side of Nightmare hoping to distract him slightly

Diamondpaw didn't know what to do. She wanted to help but she wasn't a leader. Suddenly a voice sounded around the clearing. One that could be heard by every cat. "Your time will come Diamondpaw... but for now keep us alive by fighting for what is right." the voice she had never heard except for in her visions. She knew it was Diamondstar the she-cat who gave her life for her and her siblings.

Quailpaw leaped to his other side and put his paw right through him and smiled waiting for it to be flesh and he would slice his leg

Quailpaw shrugged "eonclan is gone...me and fernheart died but came back" he mewed and kept his eyes on the tom

"You honestly expect me to believe you!?" Breezepaw hissed, beginning to grow angry at Quailpaw's lies. What did he think he could accomplish by making up such unbelievable stories? It was one thing to lie about himself, but never about his own mother! One more thing about Fernheart and he wouldn't hesitate to prove Quailpaw wrong.

Duskfire's head snapped around at the faint whisper of a voice she had been so longing to hear. "Diamondstar?" She mewed, all the anger she'd held onto for so long suddenly vanishing from her eyes leaving a painful yearning look in them. Am I going crazy? Is Diamondstar really here?

Quailpaw sighed and shrugged "whatever just go ahead you'll come back if you have the fur to go ahead and kill yourself in front of your own mate"he mewed

Pantherpaw let out a gasp at the sight of the strange shadowy cats. He sped over to Quailpaw and Breezepaw. "What's going on?" He asked his claws unsheathed as he looked around the Gathering place.

Breezepaw rolled his eyes in Pantherpaw's direction. He'd already explained the circumstances to Quailpaw, he wasn't going to repeat himself. He sat silently, his tail curled around his paws, waiting for the other apprentice's answer.

Quailpaw sighed "well i wasnt told anyhting because this tom has issues with explaining to the dead"he huffed "but what i heard was that tom right there took a few of Spiritstars lives and he can only be wounded when he turns fully cat" he mewed

Breezepaw scoffed but didn't say anything. Quailpaw's boasting was starting to get on his nerves.
