"Well, we weren't doing much," Acrylicprint told the tabby. "Just preparing Creampaw for her warrior assessment." It dawned on Acrylicprint that Creampaw had no idea that this was the assessment. "Erm, warrior assessment that will come in a few weeks, that is," she tried to recover.

My warrior assessment is coming soon?!? Creampaw thought. I need to work hard and make sure I know all I need to before the time comes. She straightened herself up more, and turned her head towards Acrylicprint. "I'm ready to go train," she told her mentor, her light, soft voice filled with confidence and eagerness.

"Alright, good," Acrylicprint smiled. She teleported led Lavapaw and Creampaw deeper into the wood. She froze when an unfamiliar scent hit her. "MarshClan is in our territory," she growled.

"It's alright, Blazekit. But, you have to promise me something. Stormkit will only be your friend until you're...10 moons old," Rootspirit meowed.

"Hi," Turtlepaw meowed softly to Specklepaw.

Specklepaw felt uncomfortable with three unfamiliar cats talking to her. "H-h-hi... I-I-I don't know!" She squeaked and dashed off.

"Did I say something....?" Turtlepaw asked Magpiepaw and Dovepaw, slightly hurt.
