She padded out of the warrior's den and into the light; she blinked a few times to get used to the sudden light. Her light blue eyes searched the camp, no one was around during these extreme heat waves. He ducked under a stone and huddled near the shade, the little rain dried up like the small stream leading to the medicine cat's den. Finally she flicked her tail and padded out of the entrance, the thorns pricking at her pelt. Once she was out of the camp and in the shelter of the small forest, the breeze blew through her fur, cooling the heat a bit. She walked over to the small pool of water and took a long sip of water, the life giving liquids gave her parched throat a wash. Her silver pelt stood out in the forest, she was teased about this when she was a apprentice; she could never hide when the other apprentice's were stalking in the forest.
