Kona walked out into the water a little and battled a salmon .she killed it and set it on the pile

"Nice kill." Putter exclaimed to his mentor, and started to tackle a trout. Soon, it slipped out of his grasp, and he caught a minnow instead. "For the younger ones.." He murmured, setting a few of them he had just caught into the pile.

"You too."She giggled

[Addie-Dee]

Putter smiled, and laughed himself. He then focused on catching some more fish. After about 6 more catches, he sat down, sighing. He counted the fish. 46. 4 more.

Kona saw a boat of hunters coming down the river.Her eyes widened and she scruffed Putter best she could and took off.

[Addie-Dee]

"The fish!" He exclaimed, but he was taken back by Kona. He widened his eyes when he saw the hunters, and managed to escape her grip. Putter jumped at the fish, scooping them all up with a big leaf that was next to him. He wrapped it up and held the bundle in his jaws as he hurried after Kona, nearing the camp.

"Do you want to be killed?!"She yelled

[Addie-Dee]

Putter couldn't answer. Not with all the fish in his mouth. He dropped them in the prey pile, before disappearing. Soon, the little wolf raced back to Kona, 4 small fish in his jaws. He looked at her, throwing them to the fresh kill pile before collapsing. There, in his leg, was a bullet, deep in his flesh. Putter closed his eyes, shuddering.

"That's it.Slip!Take care of him will you?"She ran off back to the river and was shot with a tranquilzer dart.
