She set the saddle on Truth's back, handing Kyle the cinch under the gelding's barrel. "Here take this, and I'll help you tighten it." she said.

Hannah put the halter on Knock, opening the stall door, tugging on the lead rope.

Shakeena jumped out of the car, giving her dad and mom a goodbye before running over to her Uncle. "Hi Uncle Brad." she said grinning as he picked her up. "What horse am I assigned to?" she asked him.

Brad picked up his niece. "Good to see you to Kena." he said to her before thinking. "Cookies n Cream, also known as Oreo." he told her. "Come on, I'll show you." he continued and set her down and lead her to the stall. He heard a bark, "There's Kaiser." he said seeing the dalmatian running towards Kena.

Truth snorted flicking his tail. He wondered if his rider would ever mount him and take off. The black pony stomped his hoof.
Candy opened her mouth for the girl to put the bit in. Sam saw a young girl having trouble and said " Here love let me help you." She showed her how to slid the bridle over Candy's ears and how to hook the chin strap.
Knock whinnied she was ready to be saddled.

Jessica looked around at all the tacked horses. "All right, all Western riders come with me. Remember, lead your horse on the left side, and walk beside them, never in front or behind." she said, turning to start out of the barn.

Hannah clucked to Knock, walking forward, her pink riding boots making clicking noises on the floor. She couldn't wait to ride the pony. "Your going to be good right?" she asked the Shetland cheerfully.

Austin started leading horse forward, happy he hadn't had a lot of help. Looking at the saddle, he nodded once he saw the stirrup over the horn, a sign for him to tighten his cinch. Patting Jewel, he leaned against the mare, happy to be around horses again. Jewel sniffed the boy's hair, whickering softly.

Lucy grabbed the mare's bridle, and after watching the other people, managed to get Sunny's on. She patted the mare's golden neck, watching the Western riders leave the barn. Sunny sniffed at the girl breeches, searching for pockets which she found none. "Sorry girl." Lucy laughed, smoothing down the large mare's forelock, looking down at her brown paddock boots.

Oreo whinnied as someone came this way, bobbing his head.

Amy walked into the barn and whistled to Spartan. She walked over to his stall and patted the stallions' neck. "Hey Spart. Hopefully we can find us a trainer to help us make it to Nationals." She leaned against the stall and kissed Spartans' nose. She groomed him and tacked him up and walked to the indoor arena. She asked Spartan for a canter and warmed him up.
