Sun reared for a second and then sprang down. She heard hsi whinny back, and responded with clarity. She snet another neigh in the crisp air before pawing the ground. She could jump the fence. She didn't know why she didn't want to though. She frowned at herself and then snapped out of it. She backed up, and then raced towards the paddock fence, and leaped over the fence. She felt the joy of jumping and then landed lightly, sticking her muzzle in the air in pride. She then pranced towards the male's whinny. She smelt his musky scent, and followed that to a pen. She whinnied to him, tossing her dark mane and prancing on her slender white-socked legs.

Cavalli snorted with surprise. "Greetings." He extended a hello. "My name's The King's Consort, or Cavalli." After a second of hesitation, he said, "What are you doing here? This isn't the right pasture." He chose not to mention he frequently jumped into the mare pasture for a friendly chat, or to watch them scatter. Stupidly, the stallion felt it was a male thing to do to jump into the next paddock, and he felt cheated of the pleasure.

Sun shied at his abruptdness, then she regained her cool and leaned over against the white fence. 'Oh, hi, I'm fine, thank you so much for asking.' she snorted with a playful look in her dark, mysterious eyes. her fetlock danced in the wind and her mane whisped around her dished face. 'My name's Sun.' she added with a playful tone. She pawed the earth when he mentioned jumping over the fence. She snorted. 'Oh, you mean this?' she blew from her nostrils as she cleared the fence easily and was safely into the mares pasture. 'Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to break any certain rule.' she blew in a mischievious way.

Alyssa's fingers drummed impatiantly over the steering wheel as the lush country scenery speed by outside her window. "Destination in one kilometer." The voice of her GPS told her in perfect english. Alyssa phased over the words, processing them in her mind. Even though she was half american, german was her native tongue and some times english words stumped her, especially when she was not focusing at all. Right now she want to reach the stables she was driving too. A mare was waiting there, one that Alyssa had rode once and now was looking to buy. She had requested a trail more the mare and the owners had consented, leaving her at this place called Soaring Heart Stables, for Alyssa to find her at. Alyssa wondered if the mare would turn out to be the right match for her. To often she found horses to bland and perfect. Maybe she should just import some horses from her parents stud farm, instead of going on a possible wild goose chase all over the americas. She had plenty of choses back at home, all with dynamic personalities and tons of talent up their sleeves. Still Alyssa felt like running back to her parents for a horse was not the way to go. She needed to find her own hose and not just pick one of her parents' farms. 'Maybe Diva would be the one. Maybe not.' Alyssa thought to herself as the swinging sign of Soaring Heart Stables came into view. 'Well I guess I am about to find out.'

The tires of the young german girl's four wheel drive truck transitioned of the smooth asphalt to the loose gravel, the black rubber spitting it up onto the under board of the truck causing it to cackle and ding. The brown haired youth studied the farm as she pulled up, the farm was not was she was used too and she wondered why her good friend, Morgan Klarklin was even here with her midnight black stallion, Night Raider. It was an unusual set up for them both. Alyssa could pick out the shapes of paint hoses, quarter horses, arabians, and appaloosas all through out the paddock. None that would usually be found at a barn that she would go to. Maybe this humble barn would keep her longer then the state of the art show barns she had been too. Parking the truck, she slid out and entered the dark world of the barn. Finding a certain chestnut mare she peered in and said softly. "Hello Miss Diva. How do you like your new quarters?"

Undaunted, Cavalli replied coolly. "Well, nice to meet you. Yes, I do mean jumping the fence. It's normally," he paused, searching for a way to put it, "stallions that jump the fence. You know, courtesy and all that." He said, his mahogany eyes noting she was of a much more delicate build than him. "So, are you a jumper? You seem to enjoy it."

Sun lost her cockiness and regarded the stallion carefully. She smiled and then added, 'Well, be my guest.' she proposed, gesturing to the fence. She then focused on the questions he had asked her. She nodded as he asked about being a jumper. 'Yes, I am. I have been trained to be anyway.' She paused before adding, 'I am for sale because apparently I'm too high-spirited when jumping.' Sun rolled her eyes in a flourish and pawed the ground with a delicate hoof. 'I mean, who can be blamed for loving to jump?' she asked.

Cavalli fidgeted, considering. If he jumped the fence, would it seem weak now? He decided he didn't care. Instead of circling and getting a good run-up, the stallion opted for bunny-hopping the fence. It wasn't elegant, but it got him across. Shaking his sooty mane, he glanced around before speaking. "I was brought over from England because my owner couldn't handle how stubborn and aggressive I could be. And I refused to do her dressage exercises." He shrugged. "Humans are becoming more and more controlling, wanting us to fight what we like to do just because it doesn't suit them."

Sun had half expected him to barge right into the fence, but, instead he soared over. Interesting style, she mocked. But inside, she knew she was impressed, she couldn't have done that. She finally snorted and laughed. 'Dressage exercises?' She hated dressage. Discipline and whips and commands and- she shrugged off the thought. She had been forced into harsh training, when she had been young. They had tried to teach her to do the piaffe. She rolled her eyes. 'I don't have the best memories of dressage.' she admitted.
