Mac nudged a thank you to HotShot and walked slowly beside the car with George on his back, he kept an eye on Rose while he walked and gently whinnied to her at times to check she was still conscious

George hugged the mare and then lifted her into the truck. He then mounted Mac and gently kicked him on, asking Jasmine to drive slowly so Mac could see his sister and he could see the most beautiful woman in the world

Hearing his name, the man looked up, though wasn't ready to hang up. It was hard to get reception here, and the landline for the phone didn't always work. "Hold on." he said to Samantha, getting up from where he was sitting and heading over to where a cow was on the ground. Kneeling down next to her, he watched her laboured breathing, glazed eyes. "She's got that virus too." Hearing a snort, the three men looked up, seeing the bull staring at them. Throwing his thick head in the air, he charged, going for the one who had touched his cow last. Jake. "Hey! Whoa!" Jumping from the ground, Jake kicked towards the bull, darting to the side, though the animal followed suit. "Get out! Go!" he yelled, taking his hat and swatting it at the angry bull, who backed up a step. Jake was performing a very dangerous tango. Finally, the bull moved quicker than the human, swinging his head to the side, horns smashing into Jake's side. A yell from another human sounded, and in anger of them being so close to his cows, he took another swing at the now fallen man. Backing off as he was cornered and slapped by various whips and hats, he lumbered towards his Herd, tail swishing in anger. "Jake?" Derek asked, leaning over the man on the ground who was holding his side. "Is anythin' broken?" he asked. "Rib. Or two." Jake replied hoarsely.
