Ace followed in after her, looking at his pack quietly. I wonder what this meant. It defiantly isn't normal for something like this to happen. I will keep my eyes open for any other percular things that might happen as well. he thought.

Flash watched as Flame walked into camp, becoming stiff.

I looked at Flash and tucked my taillike I did with Ash. Then I shook my head and snapped out of it, though it wasn't easy.

Ace looked at Ash and Flash and said,"Treat her like an equal." He walked in his den, showing that was the end of the descussion.

Flash said nothing, wanting to protest to the alpha but deciding agasint it.

I pretended not to hear, not exactly eager to start a fight. I looked over at Ash. "So, err . . . what are you in the, err, pack?" I said, in a failed attempt at conversation.

Ash glanced at me, her expression full of distaste. Hopefully, she won't be so rude anymore. "I'm a hunter," she said shortly.

Flash stared at Flame blandly. She stated quiet as she looked over at Ash. "Same for me." Flash said flatly.

"Oh," I said, disappointed that they were so cold. "Cool." I turned away and walked slowly to the water again, drooping my tail absentmindedly.

Ash rolled her eyes. "O-kay."

Ace watched her walk out of camp, frowning slightly. He walled out of camp and over to Flame. "Dont mind them." he said, sitting down beside her.

I looked over at him. "I'll try not to. It's just . . . that's how the abuse started, after I lost my leg." I sighed.
