You smell the air slightly, noticing the scents are separate from each other. When you smell the air again, smelling cats instantly. You quickly jump into a bush, but your eye sight is still aligned so you can see what is going on.
"Blizzardstar!" you hear a gray tom yell, " I thought I made it clear to stay off our land." he hisses.
"We are off your land! We never crossed it!" Blizzardstar exclaimed.
"Then why is there other scents on our side of the territory?"
"It's me!" you call, and the two toms stare at you, "I'm a housecat."
"More like a kittypet," the gray tom growls, "My name is Smokestar, and his name is Blizzardstar. We are the leaders of Smokeclan and Blizzardclan."

Smokeclan:
Smokeclan's territory contains a small river, and plenty of pine trees. They hunt in the forest and by the small river. One of the places they train their apprentices in the great Sky Oak, which has plenty of branches to help them climb. Smokeclan is known for it's fightning techniques, by using the sun and such. Smokeclan's camp is surrounded by pine trees, with the entrace and exit being a tunnel. The dens are make with bracken and moss, and the nests are made with moss.
Blizzardclan:
Blizzardclan's territory is similar to Smokeclan's, except is has regular trees. Blizzardclan has a much larger river than Smokeclan, due to the fact they hunt fish and other water creatures. They train their apprentices in the river, since they don't have a tree to help them. Blizzardclan is known for their long haired pelts, which helps them fish. Blizzardclan's camp is surrounded by bushes and trees, and the entrace is covered with lichen. The dens are small caves, that have nests the are similar to birds nests.

Smokeclan:
Smokeclan mainly hunts by the river and at the Sky Oak. Their main prey source is to hunt squirrels, voles, sparrows, thrushes, and other types of birds. Smokeclans' enemies are dogs, two-legs, and of course monsters.
Blizzardclan:
Blizzardclan hunts in the river, and sometimes just in their territory. They hunt fish, water voles, and sometimes squirrels if the fish is low. Blizzardclans' enemies are the same as Smokeclans.

The season is currently New Leaf. The river's ice is starting to melt, and prey is finally coming out from winter. And with New Leaf, it means new life. For the clans, it means new warriors.

Smokestar is a competitive tom, if a challenge is brought to him, he wants nothing more than to accept and succeed. This also makes him a sore loser but eventually he'll calm down. Smokestar also has a hot-temper and is easily frustrated, especially by young toms and kits. Despite this, he is eager to teach a cat the ways of the forest and the Warrior Code. He takes great pride in seeing his apprentice become a warrior right before his eyes. Smokestar gets uncomfortable when a cat talks to him about love so tries to avoid any situations where the words 'mate' and 'love' are involved. This doesn't mean his doesn't want a mate because eventually he does. The idea of kits though terrifies him and he thinks that he might not be able to step up and be the father he needs to be. However, he's still a loyal cat and will do anything for his clan.
History:
Smokestar was born a clan cat. His father was a respectable warrior and brought good things for his clan. His mother spent most of her time in the nursery with kits as she had several litters. Smokestar was born to a litter of two girls and a boy and this was his parents second litter. They had one more litter after him. He has an older sister and an older brother but is unaware of what they have done with their life. Nor is he aware of what his two sisters are doing in their life. Smokestar has one younger brother who is part of the clan and is a good warrior.
Smokestar became leader when he was 22 moons and lost his first life when he 26 moons. He got in to a fight with a fox after trying to scare it off the Smokeclan territory. He lost his second life during a flood when he was 28 moons and lots of clan cats were lost due the rivers overflowing. He now currently has 7 lifes remaining.

Crowsong is a fiesty female and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She's opinionated and can be quite judgemental at times. She does have a softer, sweeter side but that only comes out when she is around kits. She completely changes when she is around them and finds them the most beautiful thing in this world, that's probably because she knows that she can never have a litter of her own. She does want some in the future but she finds it hard to get a mate as she often doesn't give a tom a chance once they've done something she doesn't like, it's not just the fact that it's hihgly forbidden. Crowsong is highly loyal to her clan and shows great respect for her leader.
History:
Crowsong's mother was a rogue cat and her father was a warrior. She was their only kit and her father wanted her to be part of the clan so she would have a good, fulfilling life. Her mother agreed, not really caring about the kitten so Crowsong's father let one of the new queens feed her and care for her. She doesn't tell anyone about her past as she finds it humiliating and degrading to know she doesn't have full-clan blood.

Tallgrass is generally quite a calm cat who enjoys just sitting in the sun and watching the world go by. He isn't much of a flirt and can feel quite awkward when around females. He does want a mate at some point in his life and possibly some kits but for now, hes happy living the singles life. If something is to go against everything he believes in, he will react and if the opportunity occurs, he will go against the warrior code and even possibly his own clan. He's also quite a fun cat who others find quite easy to get along with. He also doesn't see the danger in talking to a cat not of Blizzardclan and thinks that all this hatred is pointless. If everyone was to get along in life everything would be so much easier.
History:
Tallgrass is a full-clan cat. His father was the deputy and was a well-respected tom but one night in the middle of Winter, it was a strong storm and visibility was small. Tallgrass's father went on patrol alone as the clan had scented something unfamiliar on their territory. He never returned from his journey and no cat knows exactly what happened to him. His mother was a queen and he was part of her second and final litter. He had two siblings but one of them died shortly after birth.

History:
Hawkpaw's parents were both lone cats. They didn't bother interacting with other cats and especially not clans. She lived with their parents she was about four moons old. Their mother and father were both out hunting and a few hours had passed and they just didn't return. She waited days without seeing or hearing anything from her parents. She whined and mewed for help as her hunger got too much for her. Hawkpaw was eventually found by the clan leader and adopted in to the clan.

History:
Lionpaw was originally a kittypet who was adopted by a young couple with their two year old child. Just as he reached 5 moons he decided to leave the house garden and explore. He lost his was back and began to cry out for help. He was then found by one of the Smokeclan warriors and adopted in to the clan.

Smallpaw gets her name from her size. She is incredibly small for her age so doesn't have much physical strength. She is quite fast though and has a decent amount of stamina. Smallpaw enjoys her life as a Medicine Cat Apprentice and prefers the idea of helping cats who need it than to fight them. In her spare time she sorts the herbs and lets the scents fill her nose, she finds her job very relaxing and peaceful. Smallpaw is incredibly loyal to her clan though and has great respect for her leader and for her mentor.
History:
Smallpaw's mother was a well respected warrior while her father was a rogue. She is unaware if she has any siblings. When she reached 4 moons old, Smallpaw's father persuaded her mother to leave the clan and join him as a loner. Her mother truly did love her mate so she did decide to leave. She thought that Smallpaw would be fine alone, aslong as there was a queen to feed her and other cats to take care of her. Smallpaw has never forgave her mother and thinks of her has a let down and a dissapointment to the clan and to her daughter.

Personality: Blizzardstar is a calm, but harsh tom. With him being leader, he belives that if something goes wrong by the border, he puts a plan into action. He never lets Smokeclan get away with anything is it crosses the border. With his clam side, he's gentle and kind to everyone in his clan.
History: Before Blizzardclan was formed, Blizzardstar was known as Blizzard, and his sister Icesong, was known as Ice. He and his sister both lived as kittypet with their mother, Snowy. When they were both two years old, him and Ice wanted to have some adventure, so they left their kittypet home. After while, they were able to hunt for themselves. Soon later, they met Smokestar, and soon formed Blizzardclan, bordering next to Smokestar.
