Shade ran quickly through the forest. He glanced over his shoulder to see if the pack of wolves were still running after him and his friend, Knight. He slowled his pace when he saw they were no longer there. He sighs of relief and started walking, trying to catch his breath. He was bloody, covered in cuts and wounds.

Knight slowled her pace was well. She limped after Shade with one paw hoverinng in the air. She, too, was covered in cuts and bruises. She was tired, and hungry and ready to just lie down.
