Pantherstar's ears pricked when she caught wind of a new cat. A DuskClan cat. Badgerlight. She jumped down from the stump, lashing her tail. Her claws slid out as she paced back and forth in front of Shadestar. What was the best attack? With an angry hiss, she lashed at the she-cat's ear quickly.

Lilysong held her breath, thinking she heard pawsteps outside of the thick ferns. Once they had passed, she turned back to Darkclaw. "I'll come by more often, I promise," she purred lightly. A gruesome image of what the warrior might look like if Pantherstar caught them made her flinch for a moment. Sighing again, she shook and tried to rid herself of the vision.

Shadestar countered with a blow to the head making the other leader dizzy. The blood from her wound fell onto the ground. Scarlet droplets of blood seeming to splash onto the ground. She hissed at Pantherstar ready to leap and kill if needed.

Darkclaw sighed and said "Okay. We better get some kill so we can explain to our leaders for our absances." He mewed licking his paw and standing up.

Hollypaw sighed, still no answer. She hissed quietly and padded out into the forest calling, "Darkclaw?! Badgerlight?!" She wanted to train, but without a mentor, she couldn't. She walked around aimlessly, still calling Darkclaw and Badgerflight.

Badgerflight's claws slid out as Pantherstar attacked the other leader. He bunched his muscles, ready to help, when he heard his name. He laid back his ears and shook his head and muttered, "Hollypaw..." He decided he'd best help his leader if necessary so he stayed put and waited.

Pantherstar stumbled around for a moment, a bit disoriented. When she had regained her balance, she took another swipe at Shadestar. It missed. Blood started to cloud her vision as it trickled from a scratch on her forehead. Flattening her ears, she hissed loudly. "If war is what you want, Shadestar, war is exactly what you'll get."

Lilysong got up and stretched reluctantly. With a silent yawn, she spotted a mouse near the pond. It was easy prey. Barely having to move, she hit it with her claws. It's neck snapped and it died quickly. She felt a small pang of guilt, but picked up the mouse carefully and dropped it in the nest.

Hollypaw hissed annoyedly, "Why isn't anyone answering?! DARKCLAW?! BADGERLIGHT?!"

Darkclaw perked his ears "I have to go now" he mewed to Lilysong and touched his nose to hers. he rushed off collecting a rabbit and paused in front of Hollypaw "yes?" He answered looking at the young apprentice "What is it?"

Shadestar grinned and let out a weazing laugh "Then its war we shall have. if I catch one of your warriors on my territory I will personally rip them apart" she hissed and padded back out of Duskclan territory and into her own. She padded back towards her camp perking her ears for lilysong. "LILYSONG!" she called out yowling it into the sky

Meadowbreeze is quick witted and fiercly loyal. Generally she is kind and friendly, though it doesn't take much to offend her or make her angry. She finds it hard to trust others, but once you've gained that trust she'll beloyal to the end. She doesn't appreciate being told what to do and, unless its urgent, isn't one to carry out orders for any cat. Despite her quick temper she hates fighting, wether it be with claws or words, but she won't be one to back down. Her tongue is as sharp as her claws, and though as a medicine cat she isn't fully trained in combat, Meadowbreeze will go down fighting. With her patients she is as gentle as a breeze, and all emotion and thoughts slip away.

Pantherstar scoffed as Shadestar left. Flicking her tail, she started the walk back to camp. On her way, she ran into Hollypaw and Darkclaw. "Darkclaw, you have SunClan scent all over you," she said, amused. "Got into a fight?" Her eyes flickered to the apprentice. "Hollypaw, what's the matter? I had... Matters to attend to, otherwise I would have come back to camp sooner."

Lilysong watched Darkclaw go, picking up her mouse. Her feathery tail caught a few leaves as she scampered back to camp. Shadestar's voice echoed softly around the territory and she picked up her pace.
As she finally arrived in the humid camp, she set her mouse down on the fresh-kill pile and padded towards her leader. "You called?" Her voice was nothing but a squeak.

Hollypaw wrinkled her nose at Darkclaw, "Yeah, ya smell SunClan-y... Anyway, I wanted to train, but I couldn't find anyone. Can someone pleeease train me?" She looked at Pantherstar then Darkclaw, then to Badgerlight as he joined the party.

Badgerlight nudged his sister, "Respect, Hollypaw." He dipped his head to his leader, "Everything alright, Pantherstar?"

"yes I had gotten into a fight. " Darkclaw mewed glad that he had gotten injured on the thorns coming out of camp as a wound above his eye stung.


Shadestar looked at lilysong and said "Why do you smell like duskclan?" she hissed circling the she-cat
