Shep

Shep looked at Keno.
"Lamb, tell me a story."
"There once was a pale man with dark hair who was very lonely."
"Why was it lonely?"
"All things must meet this man, so they shunned him."
"Did he chase them all?"
"He took an axe and split himself in two. Right. Down. The middle."
"So he would always have a friend?"
"So he would always have a friend."

Keno stayed quietly, laying down about 4 metres away.

Shep

Shep blinked then laid down and put his head on his paws. He yawned and sighed.
"Lamb, tell me a story."

Shep

Shep lifted his head and looked at Keno. He tilted his head and flicked his tail.
"Lamb, tell me a story."

Keno's head shot up as he flicked his tail, it moved a few leaves from the past fall, even though it was summer now, the rustle of the leaves startling her.
