Stony River Pack
Beside the river, set beside the woods and across the river from open fields lies Stony River pack... The pack lead by dogs that have abandoned human life. In Stony River pack every breed group has a use, Hounds drive the elk and jump the fox, while the sight hounds chase it down. Working dogs guard the pack and borders from invasion and humans. Terriers of hunting quality hunt rabbit and other small prey, and occasionally drive away foxes., while small dogs with no use for hunting or fighting hang around the camp pup sitting, cleaning and running errands, these dogs sometimes are sent on missions into town to scavenge food for the pack in hard times.

History(Optional): Jack lived on a farm at the end of the open fields where he herded sheep for his master. But after his Master's wife died the old man began to drink and neglect the animals. Eventually the RSPCA took over and seized the farm and its animals. Jack had watched from the forest as they took away his sheep, the chickens, the cat and the rest of the animals... and finally his Master... To this day the farm has become nothing but a neglected piece of building, slowly being reclaimed by the earth. Eventually Jack left the farm in search of food where he met a small pack of dogs who called themselves the Stony River Gang... Slowly the Stony River Gang grew larger and larger as dogs in town began to hear of it until it was renamed the Stony River Pack, and a year later Jack became the leader.

Gaia is very very active, she is always very spirited and many people would think of it weird if they saw her sitting down and being serious. She is very tough and will never back down, she rarely ever gets mad.
Although she has a few good traits her worst trait is jealousy and being boastful. When she's jealous it's not very good, she'll shrug everyone off and only think about herself, and when she's boastful other dogs will want to leave her.

Tamaskans are classed as Working dogs but are also said to be terrible guard dogs but very good at running and scenting, so perhaps Apa would be classed in this case as a Hound.
Personality:
Apa carries the common traits of a Tamaskan, upholding the breed's temperament and reputation to a T. She is laid back, a quick and devoted learner and loves company. Without company she can become rather destructive, bored and angry. She is obedient and very competitive with other dogs in the pack. She often wanders off and can become distracted if she isn't kept in line by another dog, though she is not scatterbrained. She can be quite focused when she wants to be, but is very jumpy and skittery when frightened. She is intelligent and quick, with barely a mean bone in her body. She is quite sensitive but kind and fair. She loves working with others and has a keen ability when it comes to hunting and running. She can be quite excitable and hyper.
History:
Apa is part of a rare breed, one of the four thousand Tamaskans registered in the world. She was born in Finland to Taki and Roland, two pedigree Tamaskans who raced in sleds. She was stolen from her family at a very young age and shipped to where she is now. She escaped from the humans who had taken her, running as far from them as she could. She ended up coming face to face with the Stony River Pack, who allowed her into the pack when she told them her tale. She has lived with them ever since, and was placed as a Working Dog but found to be a terrible guard but a great hunter. She is now classed as a hound in the pack's eyes.

Tikora is quiet most of the time. She doesn't have overly much to say, or at least she makes out as though that is the reason for her silence. Only those respected enough by her have ever heard her voice. Due to her history, anyone she does not regard worthy enough in her own right does not deserve to hear her speak. She doesn't value herself highly, however, but thinks of herself as rather useless. She is traumatized from her past, but is dilligent and hard working. New dogs are not received overly well, though in time can be accepted by her. It is customary of her breed to not like change and to be fiercely loyal, but only to those they have known long enough. Another trait of her breed is the trait of not being able to change masters. If a leader were to die, Tikora would probably not care for the next leader at all. She is also very focused and often leaves the pack for days on end due to her travelling nature and inability to keep still. She dislikes pups, though will guard them closely and hunts for them and the pack every day.

Personality:
Jae is boisterous and flirty. He has an outgoing and positive outlook on things and is in no way shy. He is a nice guy and doesn't judge people often, but can act childish and throw tantrums if he doesn't get his way. He is not often quiet, but when he is, it is obvious something is wrong. He is quite intuitive and often has nightmares that can leave him acting silent for the rest of the day, though he is quick to bounce back. Jae is fiercely loyal to the pack and very playful and adores company. He doesn't like being left on his own.
History:
Jae was found on the pack borders a few moons ago. End of story. He gets fidgety when asked to explain it any more detailed than that.

Jae has the 'Moku' gene, which is a mutation of sorts that leaves him with a longer, softer coat and a sweeter disposition to the average Akita Inu. He is thought to be crossed with the American Akita due to having a 'black mask' which is only identifiable with the American branch of the breed, though he displays most traits of the Japanese origin of the breed.
