BlackPaw purred. " Awesome!" He went into his den and looked around. It was cool and roomy, just the way he liked it. He made a place for BraveHeart to stand and smiled to himself.

BreakingPaw laughed and pawed Glacier. Glacier barked happily and wagged his tail, then darted into their new den.

Maplepaw flicked her tail to Cody. "Your lunch?" She asked, not noticing it was alive.

BlackPaw went up to Cody. " It's so cute!" He mewed. He watched it's beady eyes dart around the open air.

Maplepaw walked over to it and pawed gently at its ear. "Its so weird that its alive in camp and no one notices its alive until they go close!" She meowed, smiling at the bunny. This one was different, and she didnt know why it didnt flee.

Splashpaw wrapped her tail around Cody, purring. "He's not a meal. He's a friend." She licked him between the ears and he flinched, but looked at Splashpaw. It was instinct for him to flinch at contact with anything, including a gust of wind. He hesitantly stepped forward and stared at Blackpaw for a moment.

Marblepaw sat in the middle of camp, staring at the sky. Stormtalon walked over to her and licked her head. "Does it feel good?"
"I.. I think." Marblepaw mewed. She wasn't sure if she was ready yet. She still couldn't speak very well and she felt like the other ki-apprentices had friends. Her sister had gotten closer to others and farther away from her.
"Of course it does." Stormtalon meowed, nuzzling his sister. "I remember when I was an apprentice. All I wanted to do was roll in flowers and climb trees, and play chase-tail, of course." Marblepaw nodded and sighed, pressing against her brother.
"Stormtalon, what was... mom... like? What did she look like?"
"Our mother was a beautiful she cat, with silver fur and beautiful sapphire eyes. Her name was Silverfur. She was the most kind and caring cat I've ever met in my life. She took me in even though I was from a different clan. She accepted me as her child and loved me like her own. She raised me and taught me things I wouldn't have learned without her. Silverfur died giving birth to you, but she wants you to know that even though she isn't actually here, she's watching you, and she loves you so much." Stormtalon smiled.

Malepaw stared at it. "Cody, huh. Hes cute- like most bunnies, but Splashpaw, you know you cant keep him here. Other warriors and/or apprntices might hunt him if hes this close to them." She said nerviously.

Splashpaw looked shocked, then it morphed to crestfallen. "That can't be. I'll make sure they won't." She stared at the rabbit, her eyes large and her voice a whisper. "They can't kill Cody..."

Sunpaw padded over to Marblepaw and Stormtalon, his amber eyes dancing. "Hey," he greeted his siblings. "What are you two meowing about?"
