Noblekit cried and ran after Frostkit. "Fostkit!" he called helplessly, chasing after the rogues.

Frostkit pricked her ears at a familiar yowl and tried to yell back, but her voice was growing raspy. She mewled pitifully, wishing she was home. Again, she tried swiping at the rogue, clawing his eyes with her barely-developed claws.

Cheetahkit raced to the nursery quickly not even pantin by the time she got there "Frostkit she has been taken by a rogue"Chertahkit yowled as soon as she got in the nursery.
Blackrose and Patchpelt rushed over hearing the yowl.
Blackrose saw noblekit and grabbed him by the scruff before he could go any farther then walked him to the nursery.

Noblekit leapt up onto the rogue's back and stood on, thought the way he was running, he barely clung on. "Fostkit!"

Lightstream shot up. "What?" she yipped, but realized she was in no shape for a fight or chase. Her concerned gaze darted over to Lionstripe. "Lionstripe, you have to do something! I'll watch Goldkit." She curled her tail around her last kit, afraid something would happen to her.

Frostkit yowled again, but it broke off to a sob. She dangled limply from the jaws of the rogue, exhausted.

The third cat finally rushed out, and ran faster than any of the other rouges that had come.

Graceheart was already sobbing, covering her eyes with her paws. "Oh, Noblekit!" she cried, "He's gone! He's gone!" she pulled herself together and darted out of the den. She didn't care if she was a queen; Noblekit was her son and the rogues took him. Petalfall, when she left, she could take care of herself, but Noblekit was, well, a kit!

Lightstream wished she could help Graceheart, but Goldkit needed her to stay and suckle, and she was still weak from kitting.

Frostkit finally conjured up the rest of her energy, and squeaked loudly, "Nolekit!"
