Foxstar watched his clan for a few moments. "We have found a rogue in our territory. But we will not treat him like a stranger," he meowed,eyes narrowed,beckoning Lynxclaw forward from the clan entrance,calling him up to the stands.

Lynxclaw padded forward silently. He glanced around now and then, emotionless.

Otterleaf was very tempted to protest, but held it back, wanting to see where Foxstar was going with this.

Foxstar looked at Lynxclaw. His eyes had something going in them,but they closed out quickly,back to their emotionless state. "In case you all don't remember,I was raised by rogues. And some rogues,are just trying to survive. Yes,I was born a clan cat,and only walked with the clans for two short moons before being stolen by rogues. And,I changed,and it was horrible living in a band,but that is another story. Your leader is a rogue,by heart and soul. Now,I will give this tom a chance to choose. Would you like to join our clan? If you don't,and if you flee,you will be killed on sight if we see you again. We won't tolerate traitors. But if you choose not to,and stay as prisoner,you,sadly,will die as prisoner,starved with only a meal a day. What will it be?" The memories of his past felt like they were clawing his pelt,as prickly as thorns. His eyes blazed with some kind of emotion,but it was fading slowly.

Lynxclaw said rather calmly, "I'll join your clan," the other options didn't sound too good, so he decided to just go with that.

Otterleaf felt a protest rising in her throat, but she held it back.
