Silvercreek padded after her apprentice and soon approached the pond. She stared at it silently for a few moments and then said lowly, "This is a beautiful place..." She turned towards her apprentice. "I was taught how to hunt here when I was an apprentice like you." She scanned the Pond. "Now where are those birds you saw...can you scent them?"

Foxtail concentrated, closed her eyes and pushed. A kit sac slid to the floor gently. She opened her eyes and gazed at it lovingly. Yet another contraction. "There's more!?!"

JayFlight purred in amusement and quickened her pace. Once they reached the stream she stuck to the shadows, making sure the fish didnt see her.

"Ok," Cougarpaw replied," Let's go!" He mewed excitedly like a small kit.
