Flamepaw smiled, he ran up to Silvercreek.He then ran as fast as he could, trying to go past FalconWing and be the first one to be on the hunting ground.

Falconwing strode out of camp, his jaws parted. He caught the scent of thrush and followed it. He chuckled at Flamepaw. "Be careful!" He called. "Don't scare the prey!"

"I have no idea..." She said, catching up to the group. "So, where will be hunting at? Anywhere particular?" She glanced at all the cats on the patrol.

Foxtail looked up at someone entered the nursery. Her eyes still held some ammount of fear, but it was quickly receding. "Hi, Wildpaw." She said, trying to distract her thoughts. Her stomach jerked again and she almost cried out in pain. No mistaking it now.

Falconwing stopped to think. "Lets try the stream; maybe we can find some water voles." He suggested. "But before that..." He began to stealthily crawl forward. "...I need to get my paws on that thrush." He silently crawled through the foliage, quickly spotting a plump thrush hopping around on the forest floor, searching for food. He dropped into a crouch and stole forward when it had it's back completely turn. Carefully measuring the distance, he bunched his muscles, then sprang, landing directly on it and pinning it's wings to the ground. He killed it with a swift bite to the spine.

Wildpaw mewed a greeting, "Hi Foxtail." She saw pain twisted in the queen's expression. "Are you okay? Is it the kits?" Her ears pricked.

MinnowPaw smiled and climbed to her paws. " Sure! Id love to!" Her bright blue eyes shone with enthusiasm as she looked at the handsom tom.

JayFlight slowed her pace to wait for GoldPelt. She smiled, " Bout time you went on a patrol!" She smiled, a hint of humor in her green eyes. She laughed at FlamePaw. The young apprentice was full of excitment.
