Barkpelt dipped his head "I hope I am not rude to ask this of you Fawnstar, but when do you think I'll be prepared for an apprentice?" he murmured.

Fawnstar nodded to Dewfrost, "Yes, please go visit one of our medicine cats. We want that wound healed before leafbare gets worse." She turned to Barkpelt and smiled warmly, "Soon. I've had many things on my mind and assigning you an apprentice was one of them."

Silversky twitched her ears before leading the way through the snow to the place where catmint was most plentiful. Seeing that the green leaves were already being covered in show, she frantically started to clear the frozen rain away from them. "I wouldnt be caught dead without a good catmint store in our den during Leafbare." She muttered.

Dewfrost limped over to the medicine cat den "Hello?" she mewed, seeing if her sister might be there.

Rainstep was collecting herbs near the river. She tore at some juniper berries "Perfect!" she purred in satisfaction.

Name: Echopaw
Gender: Tom
Eye Color: A brilliant shade of green, mixed in bright with yellows and amber.
Coat Color/Pattern: Echopaw is very skinny and has long, thick fur along with lanky legs. He has light brown mottled fur with darker brown and black stripes and other tabby markings. His front left, back right, and back left paws are white along with the insides of his ears. Echopaw has white markings on his face, chest, and underbelly.
Personality: Echopaw is very adventerous and spunky. He has a free spirit and a wild attitude. Although he can get into throubble, Echopaw is very loyal to his Clan and to his leader. He doesn't think about much more than becoming a warrior. He doesn't take an interest in she-cats, but loves to play with the odler kits. Echopaw is an exceptional hunter, but needs to work on his fighting skills. He's great at jumping and squeezing into small spaces.

"Sorry, Ragetalon." Badgerclaw said sarcastcly. She watched the squirrel ran up the tree and frowned at Ragetalon. "Now I lost the stupid squirrel."

Silversky gently pulled some of the life-saving herb up and put it to the side. Then she had an idea, "Go get a bunch of Oakleaves. Maybe if we cover the plant, it will stay alive longer..." While she waited, she continued to pull up a few stems and leaves.

Fawnstar nodded, "Yea. Do you have anyone in mind who you would like to mentor?" She liked the thought of letting the warriors choose every once in a while. It almost garunteaed a good match.
