Kyuokurin stood his ground and stood before Jasmine. "Get out of here. They aren't here for anything other than you food, so go." He said without looking back, his eyes fixed on the Brokan wolves. Without the time to think properly, he just took defensive manuvers and raised walls of red ice around him and Jasmine. Just touching this ice could burn someone, possibly ignite them if they scraped against it. He then took in a breath and howled sharply, the diamond consealed in dirt on his chest having begun to glow brightly. That extra power made the ice grow and expand. "Conner, you think you can get away with things like this just to get what you want? At least I stayed faithful to our clan!" Kyuokurin barked, keeping his focus so that he could protect Jasmine and himself from Crystal.
Conner's eyes had widened at the sight of the red ice, the look of the element triggering Conner's memories. He didn't say anything about it though, narrowing his eyes through the ice to see the face of his brother. Kyuokurin... You b******... He thought to himself, his tail high and his teeth bared. Conner usually lost his temper after having to deal with both of his slacker siblings, but Conner didn't dare go all out on them here, where other wolves had the danger of getting involved... But then again, he was in a pack in the first place which made them part of this already. Conner just needed the time to recover. Well, he decided to use this time as an opportunity to get back at at least one of his brothers. Conner just circled the barrier of ice, looking for its weak spot with his sharp eyes. Once he found it, he ran at the ice and jumped, digging his claws into the ice and shattering that one wall. "I am still one of the Phantoms. You were the one who torched my branch of the village, so don't you dare call me a traitor..." Conner growled deeply.
Handaru continued to jerk around, her jaws locked on the kill as she tried to weigh it down, and then she just tried something stupid and crazy. She focused her energy and set one of Loath's wings a flame with blue fire, the intense cold being strong enough for Handaru herself to feel from where she was. Hopefully, she could hold her focus well enough to keep that power going long enough to freeze the wing.
