~Southern Moon Wolf Pack~Alpha female Needed

When Tera got to where the other wolves in the pack were, she gasped. There was a new wolf. She wanted to bound up to her and say hello, but she did not because the newcomer was being greeted by the Alpha.

When Mist's bird got back and told her of the newcomer she got up and shook herself. She would greet her. Was this the newcomer that the Elder Snowy had told her about when she was a pup?
"When the newcomer comes, she will bring with her a pup. And this pup is not a normal pup. No it is not." He had said.

Dulcis yawned, and got back to the camp. She was hungry again, she was quickly hungry she had that from her mom. She grabbed a rabbit and quickly took some bites before some one noticed she was breaking the rules.

Her head hurt mercilessly and every muscle in her body ached with strain. She noticed a fae coming towards her. She instinctivle pinned her ears and forced herself not to snarl. This fae might help her. Pulling Boadicea closer, she nuzzled her young pup as a goodbye. What a horrible mother she was. She looked up at the approaching wolf with hollow, dull eyes. She was nervous. Would she be able to give up her only daughter? Will's daughter? She didn't know.

"Hello? Who are you?" She asked in a lifeless, hoarse voice. She might have said more, but she didn't trust her own voice. She felt her chest heaving with effort against collapsing right at that moment. She felt her head lolling to the side.

Tera walked over to the wolf and said "I am Tera. I am a Huntress for the pack. You look tired. Are you okay?"

Tera walked over to the wolf and said "I am Tera. I am a Huntress for the pack. You look tired. Are you okay?"

Bullet's eyes flicked up at the female who had approached her. No, she was not okay. That was obvious. She opened her mouth to speak, but couldn't find words to say. Boadicea curled up at her paws.

"My name is Bullet. I am a loner, part of not pack." She said in the same falt, lifeless tone. "No...I'm not okay. Please, take Boadicea. I cannot care for her any longer...I'm not fit to be a mother."

Bullet's tone had dropped to a whisper. It hurt her throat, but it was all she could manage. She picked her pup up by the scruff and moved her closer to Tera. "Please..." Her tone was pleading, the first time she had put emotion into her words since Yew's death. She couldn't bear being torn from her beloved Boadicea. She hoped the wolf would take the tiny thing and leave quickly, saving her from all grief.

Tears came to Tera's eyes. A mother giving up her pup is a hard thing to do. Tera had always wanted to care for a pup, but she was not sure she could take a pup away from a mother. "I...i..." She could not speak. The words stuck in her throught like sap. What was the right thing to do. She looked up and saw Mist in the bushes. Mist also had tears in her eyes. Tera turned back to Bullet. "Are you sure?" she asked her in an almost inaudable tone.

She was only making this harder for Bullet. The small, scrawny wolf nodded slowly, her eyes welling with tears. She would regret this later, she knew it. "My mate died. My brother killed himself...I'm always longing to join them...it's not safe for her. Just take her." The sable fae croaked. She nudged the whimpering Boadicea closer to Tera.
