River padded over to him "where are we?"she asked him.

"Meh..."he grunted in reply.

"Stay RIGHT here." Destiny told him. "I'm going to go eat." She didn't want anything to happen to her brother while she was gone. She walked off towards the forest where the rabbit was.

"Mkay." Layce replied. He decided to go look around and try to hunt on his own like his sister. He knew he probably couldn't but he didn't care.

"Im going to get food .Wait here "Echo said and padded out into the forest .

River nodded "like I have much choice "she muttered to herself.

Destiny stopped when seh pciked up the scent of a rabbit. She crouched low and inched forword. When it was in sight she grinned and moved closer.

Layce walked over and saw an elk, "i can so hunt, even though i'm a pup!" he told himself. Then he ran towards it and gave his best growl. It stared at him then charged. It stopped infront of him as a warning. Layce grumbled and decided to back off this one. He looked around for something small like a mouse.

Echo sprinted forwards pinning the rabbit down about to bite its neck.

River sighed and curled up and fell asleep again.

Destiny came forword. She quickly broke out into a run. The rabbit saw her and it dashed away. She was beginning to gain up on it slowly. She attempted to pounce on it, but missed. She nearly fell over but soon re-gainer her balence. She ran after it. She hand't eaten in a while and she wasn't about to give up yet. She was better at healing that she was a hunting, but trying wasn't going to hurt.

Layce saw a mouse run over his paw. He almost jumped. it took him by surprize. He wanted to be a hunter when he grew up. He quickly began to run as fast as he could after it.

Echo picked the rabbit up and watched Layce "your abit young to be hunting arn't you kid "

River couldn't sleep so sat up and began to groom her long white pelt.

Layce almost jumped when he heard a new wolf. He looked back and saw it was big and he got a little nervice. "Umm, yeah... but... I saw my sister do it and... I'm going to be a hunter when I'm grown." He puffed his chest out at the last part to look tougher.

Destiny gave one final pounce and she landed on it. She killed it quickly and picked it up in her mouth. She walked back to the spot where Layce was supposed to be, but he wasn't anywhere in sight. She let out a loud and long howl to try and see if he would reply so she could locate him.

"Humm"Echo looked down at him "where's your mother ?"he put the rabbit down and began to clean the blood from his paws ."Listen kid I don't have all day .I have to get back to my sister aswell "

[freerider]

"Same here..." he whispered half to himself. "Anyways..." he hated talking about his past, so he cut it short, "Shes... dead." he said with a frown. "My older sister takes care of me. She's hunting for us now." he explained. Then he perked his ears, hearing his sisters howl. "That might be her, I think."

Destiny stuffed the rabbit into a small hole, hoping no one would take it. She wondered off to find her brother.
