In the time before the humans or mammals, was the time of the reptiles; the Dinosaurs. One of the most magnificent creatures in the history of the world, Dinosaurs were very large reptiles, some even smaller than the size of a forty pound boulder. The life of a dinosaur is not easy. There are many rivalries amongst the dinosaurs, as well as other conflicts. Become a dinosaur, and live the life of one. Hunt other dinosaurs if you are a carnivore, fight to protect yourself or your hatchlings, find a spouse. How long will you last, in the world of the Dinosaurs?

Rules


1. No god-modding.

It’s not fun.. Okay? So no fighting and being immortalized. Only one attack per post if you are fighting another dinosaur. Two attacks per post if you are a small dinosaur, since bigger dinosaurs inflict more damage.

2. Do not be your own crush/mate and only mate with dinosaurs the same SPECIES as YOU.

No hybrids here.. If you are an Utahraptor, mate with a Utahraptor. Don’t be a pterodactyl, and then make an egg with a t-rex. No. >_> And no being your own crush! Where the heck is the fun in that?

3. All of Tess’s Rules apply.

Tess put those Rules there for a darn reason. Don’t break ‘em or I’ll personally eat you. >.> No joke. No heavy cursing, no detailed violent scenes… Just keep everything PG-13! If it is worse than that, then take it to PM if need be. -.- Just not here.

4. No hunting carnivorous dinosaurs..

I’m sorry. But I don’t like the idea of scavengers/hunters hunting scavengers/hunters. So if you are a meat-eating dinosaur, no hunting other meat-eaters, unless they are like.. dead or almost dead, as in, about to drop dead within seconds. If they are just badly hurt and want to rest, don’t attack them, but if they are dying-dying, like.. dragging their last breath or something, you may eat them then.. o-o

5. Don’t just join, and never RP here again.

If you just storm off after just joining, I will hunt you down, and nag you to come back. If you won’t want to RP here again, then just tell me! >>

6. At least five sentances per post!

C’mon guys. Improve your writing. Write five sentances or more. No one liners. At all. I am a literate writer, but I tend to join some illiterate RP’s just to take a break from those paragraphs I write usually. So, if you don’t write five sentances or more, you might get banned from this RP. Writers Block is understandable, but don’t use it as an excuse all the time.

7. Make a male and female Dinosaur!

I'd like to keep the genders even here! No more flooding my RPs with females. xDD So on male for every female. Vice versa.

Sobriquet: Some others call him Spine, or just Krypt. He prefers Kryptonite though.

Age: Fourteen years [Young Adult]
Species of Dinosaur: Spinosaurus
Temperament: Kryptonite is a very desolated dinosaur, wanting nothing to do with other dinosaurs and remain individual. Because of his rough past, Krypt is not very good at negotiating with other dinosaurs, and will react with ferocity if they irritate him or persist in sticking with him. He is very difficult to fathom and understand, which results in dinosaurs hating him bitterly.
Memoir: It is too horrendous to speak of..
Love Interest: “Hah.. Like there is any Spinosaurus out there for me..”
Spouse: “Heh.. Nah. I walk alone.”
Hatchlings: “Those annoying little beasts? No..”
Appearance:

Character’s Designation: Daemon Aquarum – Meaning Demon of the Waters in Latin.
Sobriquet: Aquarum is what he wishes to be called. None else.
Gender: Male
Age: Twelve years [Teen]
Species of Dinosaur: Sarcosucus
Temperament: Aquarum is a very solitary dinosaur, not really liking the presence of others. To him, having other dinosaurs tagging along with him is a drag, and a pain. Like Kryptonite, he always tends to be alone, individual, without having anyone else with him. And, another thing of him, is that he is very silentious, and won’t speak even a single word to another unless spoken to. So getting Aquarum to talk will take a long while, and if you get him past his boiling point, he may attack and harm anyone, anything.
Memoir: Like he’d speak of it..
Love Interest: “…” Only a growl comes from him.
Spouse: “..” Snarls in an irritable way.. o.e
Hatchlings: “….!” Now he tries to eat you for asking. ^^

Sobriquet: Some Dinosaurs call her Tema, but she prefers to be called Mastema.
Gender: Female
Age: Ten years [Teen]
Species of Dinosaur: Deinonychus
Temperament: Mastema is a very hot-headed figure, with a sick sarcasm to go along with it. She is easily irritated, and can be snappish, but most of the time she won’t attack. Her sarcasm gets on when another Dinosaur is being completely idiotic, and Mastema has the urge to just.. Say something. She can have Dinosaurs, of her species or other raptors, with her since she is comfortable with them, but won’t accept the presence of those dinosaurs who have no respect for her, nor know how to behave like a true carnivore.
Memoir: As a hatchling, Mastema was always the fumy one. She got so riled up about such small things, that other dinosaurs began to dislike her. In response, Mastema had become a blabber-mouth with sarcasm leaking like a waterfall, and other dinosaurs began to hush up and avoid her. To this day, Mastema remains to be her own self, but is more serene and experienced that she once was.
Love Interest: “Hmm? No thanks, I’ve no need to be looking for a male.”
Spouse: “Ah, no. I don’t need to waste my time on a.. male.”
Hatchlings: “Oh merciful heavens.. Not those dirty annoying little brats!”

Sobriquet: She allows herself to be called Era, Crya, or sometimes even Seisma, after her species.
Gender: Female
Age: Twenty years [Adult]
Species of Dinosaur: Seismosaurus
Temperament: Eracrya is more altruistic unlike the other dinosaurs. She is very gentle, and social. Willing to travel with other dinosaurs, that are herbivores, no matter what species, Eracrya is very comfortable around others, and will protect them without hesitation. Wise and intelligent, Eracrya is known to carry very good advice for even the biggest of predicaments. To carnivores, she speaks in a more edged voice, with a lightly disgusted tone.
Memoir: Nothing interesting has happened in her past.. She was born, and she lived to this day.

Gender: Female
Age: 14 years (Young Adult)
Species of Dinosaur: Spineosaures
Temperament: Damia is very fast, cunning and intelligent, but ruthless, mean, selfish and fierce. She is VERY aggressive over prey, males, and wouldn't let anyone touch her eggs. She would even be hesitant with her mate near their eggs. This dino likes to be alone, and never submits to anyone. She makes sure others know she's top-dog and to not mess with her. She may sound like hel*, (well she is) but, if you get past her tall and cold wall (even though it's hard to), she can be quite kind and caring. Damia is a hot-headed fiery, Abd has a boiling temperament. So don't make her mad. Surprisingly, she is very flirty and spunky if a male catches her dark eyes.

For the sake of our sanity, just call him Eoeh

Age: Adult

Species of Dinosaur: Suchomimus

Temperament:
Well...He's level-headed, most of the time, however, like most carnivores such as himself, he has a ferocious attitude if he's provoked or challenged, and he'll put up a big fight if he's angry. He's clever, or at least, clever enough for such a small brain that large carnivores tend to have. Well, he has the capacity to think things before rushing in to danger or possible death. He's somewhat reserved, preferring to stay at the sidelines to observe the other dinosaurs. Eoeh is a tolerant dinosaur, but not exactly 'welcoming.' Lets just say, you leave him alone, he'll leave you alone...Most of the time. Even for the herbivores, he usually won't attack them unless he's extremely hungry, because guess what? He prefers an aquatic diet, and his jaws weren't exactly made for hunting sauropods. The only other creature he may be somewhat protective or curious about is another of his own species.

Memoir:
To make things brief, Eoeh was always the strong one of the litter. He would fight through his siblings, get the best scraps of food from his parents, and grew to be the largest one out of his nest-mates. While he was still growing up around the nest, he would eat a variety of shellfish, and would scavenge the shores for dead fish, or occasionally, a carcass of some herbivore. His father had nothing to do with the hatchlings, besides scaring off predators from their territory. Otherwise, his mother did all the raising. He pretty much lived a normal life, despite ending up eating one of his brothers and attempting to challenge other dinosaurs

Appearance:
^Image- Eoeh Bha is a fairly large dinosaur. Upon first glance, you can tell that he doesn't want to be messed with, and that he somewhat prefers to distant himself. His skin color consists of a dull, low-saturated green. and he has darker, black stripes decorating the rest of his frame. His underbelly is white in pigment, and his eyes are steel-cold and dark yellow. His head is long and skinny, with his maw the most prominent detail of his face. He's overall muscular enough to hold his own against other rivals. His neck is thin, then his body widens at the chest. His spine is long and curved, leading up towards his long tail.

Damia slowly walked through the marshy forest, having a deep grow in the put of her throat Tgat was ready to escape. The salty, sewage smell of the swamp rung around her nose, and she liked it. She looked around for any animals, especially predators, letting her claws slowly seeth out of her hands and feet. She was ready to attack anything. She licked her cheek, feeling a bit hungry, so she walked at a bit faster strides. Her muscles rippled under her rough, swamy brown skin. Her eyes were deep and dark as a black hole, except brown instead of black. Her tail slowly swayed as she walked on.

The pebbles on the ground began to bounce around slightly, as if the ground was shaking. It seems that it wasn't. But it was. The ground began to shake more, and the sound of heavy steps can be heard. A drastic snarl was sounding into the atmosphere, sending pterodactyls into the air with frightened squawks. There was a figure in the distance, with a spine that arched high above its back, with very large jaws weaponed with serrated teeth specially made for cutting through flesh and bone. Massive back limbs that carried its massive bulk across the land, causing the earth itself to shake. A spinosaurus, the greatest dinosaurs of all the species. The largest predator, with an aggressive temperament to go along with it. Kryptonite lets out a heavy snarl as he stomped across the overgrowth, feeling the moss covered ground squelch down beneath the pressure of his immense weight. His spine brushes along the hanging branches of trees, dragging some branches along with it. The spinosaurus's jaws were gaping, tasting the air for a scent as he continued to saunter heavily in the forest, searching for a decent meal. Kryptonite's tail swung from side to side as he walked, balancing the bulky weight that his limbs bore. At last! He lifts his snout into the air, sniffing deeply. A herd of iguanadon.. Just what he needed! WIth a low satisfied growl, Kryptonite trails after the scent, his jaws already watering for the taste of warm flesh.

Temperament: Alketo is very kind, quiet and calm. He's very collected and is a bit of a loner. He is very gentle with females and hatchlings, but he's aggressive and ruthless with other males. He likes to make females feel good about themselves and is fair, honest and loyal. Although, he is a bit-hot headed and moody at times.
Memoir: Was born like a normal dinosaur who will face challenges through life.
Love Interest: Maybe he'll find the right lady...

Damia scented something.........a dinosaur. A MALE dinosaur. She lifted her head and let out a long, bellowing roar that was so loud, you could her other dinos creeching in annoyance. Damia cautiously folliwed the scent, untill she spotted and dinosaur of her own kind. Just in case, her claws seeped out, ready to attack if the make would make any moves and/or give her a hard time. She growled deeply and warily, and finally spoke "Who are you?" her voice was like nails on a chalkboard, viciously awaiting an answer
