[lonely.silence]

Pebblekit wasn't quite sure whatan apprentice was but she guessedit wouldbe something fun. She began to run around exploring the new territory shewould call home. She listened to each sound to find what meant prey and what meant danger and then she begn o differentite the smells.

Cloudfall stood stright up her eyes for a moment beginning to blaze again, "We don't need to be taken care of. I can take care of my family just fine." She looked back at her kits for a moment and saw how skinny they had become and then she notid that she was just as skinny. She let out a quiet hiss to herself then mewed louder than last time but still with the same strength, "We willjoin your clan though."

Thunderstar nodded. "Okay. But know there will be fresh kill in camp that you can eat any time. Come with me, I'll take you to camp." He meowed, waving his tail for her to follow.

Jayclaw made his way back to camp, trying to keep an eye on Pebblekit to make sure she didn't get into trouble.

Cloudfall watched him for a moment then picked up Stormkit in her jaws gently and begn walking after him. She continually looked back to make sure Minkkit wasn't lagging behind.

Pebbekit made sure to keep an eye on wherever Jayclaw went so she didn't get lost until something sithery and scaley caught her eye. She stalked the snake her hindquarters high in the air and her tail waving excitedly. She delicately placed one paw in frn of te other until she was only feet away. Her whiskers twitchedand she gathered herself to make the jump at the perfect time.

Jayclaw wasn't paying attention to Pebblekit until he realized she wasn't around him. He stopped and looked around, hoping he could find the kit before something happened.

Thunderstar lead the way to camp, glancing around his should occasionally to make sure they were still following. He padded slowly until he camp to the camp entrance.

Pebblekit grinned then pouncedas the snake came within a whisker length of her. She jumped into the air when the thing struck at her and managed to dodg it's bite. The little kit batted at the tail then grabbed it in her jaws dragging it around andthen tossing the snake into the air playfully. She heard it give an angry hiss and then all to the ground. She continued to do this the snake now dead from the constant battery and hard landings upon the ground. She had managed to dodge gtting bitten by mere luck.

Cloudfall stopped a few feet from Thunderstar and set Stormkit down gently. "Is this it?" She looked at the outside of the camp and then the entrance wondering what lay inside.

Thunderstar nodded. "It is." He said, padding into camp. "Welcome to the ThunderClan camp!" Thunderstar said, then nodded to the Nursery. "That's the Nursery, where you and the kits will be staying. It's the most protected den in camp." He meowed.

Jayclaw looked around for Pebblekit. "Pebblekit! Where'd you go?" He called, hoping nothing happened to her.

Cloudfall looked towards what he had said was the nursery and she looked at him, "Is there anything I must do or do I just stay in there all day?" She didn't mind watching her kits all day but something new every once and a while would be nice.

Pebblekit heard Jayclaw call her name and she grinned picking up the snake and bounding forward. She climbed a tree nearly falling a few times then made her way to stand right above Jayclaw. She crouched for a moment and then leaped down onto his back the snake tight in her jaws. "Hi!"

Jayclaw jumped. "What the-" He twisted around to see Pebblekit. "Pebblekit what are you doing? Did you just catch that?" He asked in awe.

"You don't have to stay in there all day." Thunderstar said. "You may come and go as you please. But kits must stay in camp until they are six Moons. If you ever want to leave camp, someone will watch your kits until you return."

Pebblekit nodded proudly a purr escaping her throat. "I didn't mean to kill it though. I was only trying to play." Her voice held a tinge of regret at killing the thing but she quickly shook it off grinning at Jayclaw proudly.

Cloudfall nodded her head understanding then nudged Stormkit to his feet and beckoning Minkkit to follow. "Well I guess we should get settled in then. The thin she-cat began to make her way towards the nursery, her tail nearly dragging along the ground in weariness. It had been a long few weeks.

Jayclaw smiled. "It's okay. It's prey, so you can eat it. And that's really good for a kit. I see you're gonna make a fine Warrior." He meowed. The gray tom shook his pelt. He looked up at the sky. "It's past sunhigh. We really need to get to camp. Shadowstar might send out a patrol to find me, since I've been out since dawn." He meowed, flicking his tail for her to follow as he walked toward camp.

Thunderstar nodded. "If you need anything, let me know. And do you want anything to eat? We have plenty." He meowed, flicking his tail to the fresh kill pile.
