As Hunner ran, she kept thinking. "Mother? Mother..??" Awakened from her thought, she panicked, looking around, stopped. The sounds and scents were gone. She froze, whispering quietly. "Then..it wasn't her..."

((Apparently, through out her life without her family, she came across her supposely dead mother's tracks many times. All the scents and sounds that she comes across accationally are just like her mother's, so, Hunner beleives that she really isn't dead but fakes her death to escape from the Hunters.))

Fen stopped next to her "Everyhtign alright?" he asked softly.

Hunner looked over at Fen, nodding, nearly choked, holding in the tears. "A-aren't you supposed to see your pups today??"

Fen flattened his ears sadly "They can wait" he said calmly, watching her sadly.

She hit his forehead with her paw. "Why do you look so gloomy. Go and see them." She had to hide the pain even though she just showed it. She thinks to herself. "I don't want anyone to suffer..." finishing her scentence, she whispers not knowing that she said it out loud. "not even a playboy rouge.."

Fen frowned sadly, looking at the ground, for teh first time in his life, tears fell from his cheeks "Then you shouldn't either, Hunner, I love you" he said, he looked back up again, his ice blue eyes, filling with tears, running down his cheeks "I can leave, I don't mind it" he said quietly, his voice shaking, he turned quietly, turning away, teh pain filled him.

Hunner's eyes widen, blinking, she realizes something. Not surprised anymore, she pokes her face under his. "Lier."

He looked up, his eyes blinking in surprised "What?!" he asked, surprised she wasn't sad either anymore "No, I do" he said "I'm not lying" he said stubbornly. He tehn wiped his tears away quickly, embarressed he was about to tell his history, and he was CRYING! His cheeks turned red, but tehn he grinned, watching her face so close, he smiled, licking her on the cheek "Well, You sure are close Hun, I can't resist that" he grinned.
