For many years we, the wolves of StarPack, have been unwanted ever since 'I' started the great forest war ten years ago. Though that period of time might seem short for some of you readers, it is long for us. We have been waiting, right here in the human town, most of my fellow companinis have been either shot, maimed and taken away, or went with the workers in the yellow suits. I've run low on help, and our last survivers are getting week. I'm getting to old. We need you, the loner wolves to join us and win our part of the forest! Save my wolves, Save me.

- First off you MUST read and obey Tess's Rules, and Roleplay Rules
- Second no Mary sues or anything like that. (That means no god-modding!!!)
- Thirdly no killing, mating, or prophecy changes without the users permission or my permission(for prophecy changes)
- Don't be rude to other members when out of character! Inform me about it, and I will sort things out
- DON'T SPAM! I hate it, and pretty much everyone else on CS!
- I am aloud to ban you or throw you out of ths rp, so do not test me!
- Only one alphas, beta, Healer, or prophecy wolf each! (Unless I say it's okay)

- You can not role-play other users wolves!
- When I'm gone and someone joins, a mod can accept them

- All wolves grow and get old! Deal with it! You can't have a wolf that lasts forever young!

Cobwebs- Used to stop bleeding.
Feverfew- Used to cool feverish wolves and treat head pain.
Borage Leaves- Used to treat fevers and helps mothers with their milk supply.
Marigold- Used to treat infection and heal wounds and sores.
Horse Tail- Used to treat infected wounds.
Burdock Root- Used to treat infections, especially rat bites.
Chervil Root- Used to treat infections and bellyache.
Chickweed- Used to help cure greencough.

~Ceremonies ~

Apprentice Turning into Warrior/Hunter: Male or Female Alpha: I, (Alpha), alpha of (Pack), call upon my (warrior or hunter) ancestors to look down on this apprentice. (He/she) has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend (him/her) to you as a (warrior or hunter) in (his/her) turn.
Leader: (Apprentice), do you promise to uphold the pack code and to protect and defend your Pack, even at the cost of your life?
Apprentice: I do.
Male or Female Alpha: Then by the powers of StarPack, I give you your (warrior or hunter) name. (Apprentice), from this moment you will be known as (new name). StarPack honors your (virtues), and we welcome you as a full (warrior or hunter) of (Pack).
The alpha rests his or her muzzle on the apprentice's head, and he or she licks the alpha's shoulder. The rest of the Pack then greets the new (warrior or hunter) by calling him or her by their new name. The (warrior or hunter) will sit a silent vigil guarding the camp that night, except if that is not possible

(New name: Here is an example. Apprentice name: Gem Warrior/hunter name: Topaz)

Pup to Apprentice: Leader: (Pup), you have reached the age of six months, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day and on, you will no longer be treated as a pup. You will continue your life as an apprentice with more response appbilities and new priviledges, until you are a warrior/hunter. I ask StarPack to watch over you and guide you until you find in your paws the strength and courage of a warrior/hunter.
The alpha calls up the warrior/hunter he/she has chosen as a mentor.

Leader: (Warrior/Hunter), you are ready to take on an apprentice. You had received excellent training from (former mentor), and you have shown yourself to be fierce and brave. You will be the mentor of (apprentice), and I expect you to pass on all you know to (apprentice).
The mentor touches noses with the apprentice, and the Pack greets the new apprentice by calling out his/her name.

Pup to Healer Apprentice: apprentice. The following words are used, by tradition:

Main Healer: Wolves of (Pack), as you know, I will not be around forever, neither will be our other fellow healers. So it's time I took an apprentice. I have chosen a wolf who has shown (virtues). Your next healer will be (apprentice).
Alpha: (Apprentice), do you accept the post of apprentice to (healer)?
Apprentice: I do.
Main Healer: Then at the half-moon, you must travel to the sacred river stone to be accepted by StarPack before the other healers.
Alpha: The good wishes of all (Pack) will go with you.
The mentor touches noses with the apprentice, and the Pack greets the new apprentice

Warrior/Hunter to Elder: Alpha: (Warrior/Hunter), is it your wish to give up the name of a warrior/hunter and go to join the elders?
Warrior/Hunter: It is.
alpha: Your Pack honors you and all the service you have given to us. I call upon StarPack to give you many months of rest.
The Pack will call out the retired warrior's/hunter's name and then he or she will go to the elder's den.

Healer Apprenice to Healer: Healer: I, (name), healer of (Pack), call upon my warrior/hunter ancestors to look down on this apprentice. (He/she) has trained hard to understand the ways of a healer, and with your help (he/she) will serve (his/her) Pack for many months.
Healer: (Apprentice), do you promise to uphold the ways of a healer, to stand apart from rivalry between Pack and Pack and to protect all wolves equally, even at the cost of your life?
Apprentice: I do.
Healer: Then by the powers of StarPack I give you your true name as a healer. (Apprentice), from this moment you will be known as (new name). StarPack honors your (virtues), and we welcome you as a full healer of (Pack).
The healer rests his or her muzzle on the apprentice's head, and he or she licks the mentor's shoulder. The other healers greet him or her by their new name.

Warrior/Healer to Beta: If the Pack's previous betas died, retired, or was promoted as alphas, a new one must be appointed before moonhigh the same day, according to The Pack Code.

After the alpha(s) decided on the new beta(s), he or she calls a Pack Meeting and makes the announcement with the following words:

Alpha(s): I say these words before StarPack, that the spirits of our warrior/hunter ancestors (or former betas name) may hear and approve of my choice. The new beta(s) of (Pack) is (warrior's/hunter's name).

Beta(s) to Alpha(s): The new alpha goes to the sacred river stone with the Pack's main healer. After touching the river stone, the new alpha(s) cannot move for a short period of time, because their old life is being ripped away so they can receive three new ones. Upon awaking, wolves of StarPack come down from Silverpelt. Three wolves, normally ones who were significant during the new alpha's life, give them theirthree lives with these words:

Life-Giver: (Touches nose to the top of the new alpha's head) With this life I give you (gift). Use it to (use of gift).[2]
When all of the lives have been given, the previous alpha(s) says these words:

Previous Alpha(s): I hail you by your new name, _____Star. Your old life is no more. You have now received the three lives of a leader, and StarPack grants you the guardianship of (Pack). Defend it well; care for young and old; honor your ancestors and the traditions of the pack code; live each life with pride and dignity.[3]
Just as the wolves would call a warrior/hunter by their new name, the StarPack wolves acclaim the new Alpha(s).[4] After the ceremony, the new Alpha(s) is not allowed to tell any wolf what happened during the ceremony exept for there mate.

Getting three lives does not necessarily mean an alpha(s) will live longer, but they can survive accidents or injuries that would claim the life of a wolf.

~Territories~

~StarPack~
StarPacks territory is a small chunk of the edge of the forest along with the human town known as Mayberry Ville. Mayberry is a small country village full with trees old cottagages and friendly humans.(Besides the hunters) Since the town is quiet most of the hunters get away with killing the beautiful creatures. Other humans just let them be. The pack roams around the town mainly at sunset or dusk. But most of there life is in the small forest area. It is lush and peaceful, full of trees. They have one small pond in the territory, and a fountain. There dens are located in the small part of forest.

~BlazePack~
Is one of the few packs that lives in the forest. They have a HUGE chunk of forest land as there territory, right next to StarPack. They often mess with each other. Sometimes these wolves wonder around in the village, most of the time they are attacked by StarPacks wolves. There territory has a small lake, a few ponds, lots of prey, and a beautiful camp. There camp is located near StarPacks so they can keep a watchful eye of them.
