Skyla looked at him. "How was your sleep?" she asked, softly, looking at the ground. So she was a bit embarrassed to be talking alone with her alpha..so what? isn't it natural for a girl with a crush to be that way?

Phantom looked up, still hearing her howl in his head. He fought his instincts to howl back to his alpha. How embarrassed would he be if he howled back. He shook his head. Enough is enough. "Whisper!" he barked out to his alpha, twitching his ears.

Whisper gave up on the howling. She lay her head down on the warm rock.

Stasia looked kindly at Whisper, she looked up to her so much and hoped to one day be strong enough and command enough respect to be that high ranking. While contemplating what Whisper must have done to get that position, she lie her head down on her paws and swished her tail.

Skyla frowned before covering it up. "U-uh, M-my sleep was o-ok" she lied, turning her head. Her sleep was NOT ok. She had a weird nightmare about her being cast out of the pack, before Hawk killed her because she insulted someone from meadow pack.

Phoenix's ears pricked up at Whisper's howl; he waned to howl back, but this was one of those times when he was feeling oddly shy. He flattened his ears to the back of his head in a sign of nervousness. Then it stopped. Phoenix tilted his head to the side, sniffed the air once, then laid down with his head on his paws. He really wanted to howl to Whisper, but he couldn't now. It'd be... weird.
