Prince nodded but said nothing. He studied Vincent for a moment before he looked at Stray and tilted his head slightly. He seemed to be waiting for a response. Stray nodded and just as quick Prince was out the door again. Stray shook his head slightly with a slight chuckle. He turned his attention back to Vincent "Well. I suppose I just got tired of my job but couldn't see leaving him there to take my place and become a killer." Stray said simply. "I was an Elite fight dog for about five years or so. They had just brought Prince in when I was planing to leave. So I took him with me. He is as strong as any dog in the ring. Only he has manors and respect where most young fighters do not." He told the male. "Even after we left that life we trained and kept ourselves sharp. If not we would have both been dead by now." He said with a slight grin. Stray's voice was rough and graveled. There was some white to his muzzle yet it wasn't really noticeable since the fur around his muzzle was naturally white. However his size and build made him look younger than he was at times.
Prince had found his way to a school. There were children outside eating their lunches. "Perfect." He said with a grin. He found a bandanna and laid it behind a bush. Prince let his ears droop and his tail hang low as he walked up to a group of kids. He whimpered and raised his paw. His bright blue eyes held a deep sorrow to them that pulled on the childcare's hearts. Several gave him sandwiches and hot dogs. Prince put it all in the bandanna and picked it up before heading back to the house where he had left Stray and Vincent.
