Rachel noticed a Swallowtail Butterfly. this is the first butterfly i've seen in AGES that's not a monarch! she thinks excitedly. "No thanks" she mutters, and then runs off as fast as she can and follows the butterfly, which is flying in her reach.

Near looked up at his fellow pack member, Tu Mal and semi smiled. "Nice catch," he complimented. He padded over to him and examined the elk. He bent down to take a bite and swallowed.

~ Mello ~

Mello wandered away from the den, beginning to wonder if the loners around the two pack's territory where ever a threat. He decided that he would find out now.

"ok." Luna walked off. *I should find an elk or deer to bring back to the pack!* She thought

Kritz walked out of her den, and glared at near. don't alphas usually eat first? she felt like growling.

Marilyn stared at the elk. poor little elk...

Near felt Kritz's glare burning into his white and gray pelt and turned around to dip his head to her in a sign of respect. "Do you want to eat?" he asked, acting as though he didn't do anything wrong. After all, he was just filling his stomache since he didn't which meal would be his last.

~ Mello ~

Mello moved his black nose to the ground, searching for any umfamiliar scents in the area. He soon caught one and followed it quietly, remembering that stealth mattered.

(I'm guessing Near's gonna get his butt kicked?)

Kritz narrowed her glare more. the idiot doesn't even know alphas eat first... "I believe that it's the alpha who usually eats first, not a hunter. And besides, if hunters ate first, you definately (I have a feeling I spelled that wrong (computer doesn't have spell check o3o)...) wouldn't get the privilage of eating first." she growled at Near.

Marilyn stared at the two wolves. What's the big deal about who eats first and who eats last? she wondered.

Luna checked one of the hunting grounds and tried to catch something but failed. She had gotten SO close. *Oh well.* She thought, *Everyone makes mistakes, I guess.* Luna's head and tail hung low as she entered the pack's main grounds(where they sleep, est, and ect.)
