"It's- well, alright." Autumn said, sitting down. "My name is Autumn for more than one reason. Yes, my fur and wings are molten with the colors of changing leaves, but that's not the only reason. I'm the Bringer of Autumn, but my sister is currently taking over. I've taken time off to find a mate a bear pups, hopefully one of them will have the power that I now weild. If one of them does, it is my duty to train them to take over and I will step down and hand the title Bringer of Autumn to them, when my name will change back to my orgional name, Rosethorn." She winced, imagining her mate running away in fright.

"Wow thats an important job," Check whispered and smiled. "Okay so RoseThorn how will you know if the pups have your power?" He asked and smirked.

Autumn gave an inward sigh of releif.
"It's apparent the moment the pup is born. The plants around it will start to wither like they would in the presence of autumntide." she explained, licking her lips nervously. She still half expected Check to back away as if she was crazy.

Well let's hope that he or she has so many beautiful colors," Check said and nuzzled her. "And I won't leave. My parents always told me about the season wolves," He added softer.

This time Autumn heaved a sigh of releife visibly. She nuzzled Check back happily, a bit weak.
"Thank you. You have no idea how much this means to me." she said, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Is that a tear I see?" Check asked and brushed it away. He smiled and then rolled onto his back, pulling Autumn down to.

"I was just so worried that you would hate me." Autumn confessed, laughing at the stupidity of her tears.

"Now why would I hate you love?" Check asked and laughed. He stood on his hide legs to pull some leaves down, letting the rain around both of them.

"Because I'm not normal." Autumn said, running the corner of her eyes along her foreleg.
