Dog fights. Puppy mills. Both places where humans use dogs as entertainment and profit. Hidden away, secret places where the crinimals and those forced converge. Such terrible places. The sound beats me from every side at the ring, and back at the mill? Oh, such sorrow that hangs in the air...
A Ring and A Cage
The house is a big, greyed wood structure. It has many rooms and many floors, and behind it, stands a barn-like place. Behind it, is an outdoor (dog fighting) ring in a large, barbed-wire-chicken-fenced compound. This whole place is located in a secdluded forest. In the barn, there are two large cages on either side of the isle. Breeding cages. Then, the rest of the walls are covered with miniscule cages stacked three high. The round ring is 5 feet deep into the ground with three feet of extra fence on top of the walls. It is sunk into a raised patio, and in the side are metal sliding doors, pulled up. The cages are shoved, open, up against them. There are four doors, so four dogs can be released in at a time. Sometimes more than one-four dogs are released in to fight. The house has many rooms, three floors, and creaking, old wood floors and walls. They give the dog a cup of dog food a day, once a day, sometimes not at all. When dogs are released into the ring, that is their only excerside, and it always ends in bad wounds or even death. Dogs are emaciated and badly scarred; unhealthy.
