Neko glanced over his shoulder as he sort of stood guard while Zekki tended to Mage's jaw. Understanding Mage's meaning, he nodded. "I'm fine," he said.

"Thanks for guard me as I do this " Zekki said nodding at Neko "Does that" feel better she asked Mage not as worried as she was.

Kin snarled as he saw members of his own pack disobeying him. He pushed himself away from Kazuo and glared through his own ranks "Ário!" he snarled "Deal with the ones who are disobeying my cease fighting order!" he ordered. Kin turned his attention to the female that was mouthing off to him. "You know nothing of why we fight!" he snapped at her "Don't lecture me. We both knew we might loose members today. But it looks like Kazuo has lost his nerve to fight. Even to protect his mate!" he snarled and raised his paw against Lona.

Kazuo knocked Kin off his paws when he raised his paw against Lone "Stand down Kin!" he snapped I don't want to kill you. But I will it you push me to it. in truth he didn't want to kill his brother but to make a choice between his brother and his pack. His pack was him priority now.

Hiroki's fur stood on ends when Kin raised his paw to Lona but he held his position. He watched as things settled down a bit, except for the fight between Kazuo ans Kin.

Immediately obeying orders, Ário rounded on the two pack members that dared to disobey Kin. "Donta! Kizz!" He snarled sharply. "Stop your fighting or I will personality rip your throats out!" He barked, knowing that he might not be too high in rank, but he was very close o Kin. The fur along his back pricked as he glared at the two wolves and half-listened to the two Alphas barking over strength.

listra settled to the ground, colpsing, her feet falling out from beneath her. the fighting had stopped, yet there were losses. a single tear slid out of her sightless eyes, she cried for all who had lost their lives to this meaningless fight.

mina stood and watched as the fight continued, she was determined to protect the pups, yet somthing stopped her as hiroki ran off. She kept watching the little black pup, and noticed her eyes were a milky blue, the color of blindness. The pup cant see! she thought, and moved to stand over the pup. mina hunched down, facing the little one, ignoring her surroundings, and saw tears falling from the pups eyes. Not knowing what she was doing, she licked the tears falling, and the pup sat there, only moving to "look" in her general direction. She would care for this pup, she thought, as no wolf that truly loved her would let her walk into the middle of a battle!

Hiroki's ears twitched when he heard Alamader's short breaths. He looked around when he realized he hadn't been scolded for running into the middle of a fight "ALAMADER!" he yelped when he saw him, To Hiroki it looked like both Dovefeather and Alamader were dead. He ran to where they wee and layed beside them What have I done! he thought as tears fell from the young wolf's eyes. If I hadn't ran back here. If I hadn't lost my temper this wouldn't have happened. Not yet at least. A low deep growl rose from his throat as he turned tords the wolf that had been fighting with Hiroki. His eyes found the white wolf, Ário, and a snarl ripped from his throat. "You!" he growled and walked forward, his eyes were fixed on the larger wolf. You will die for this! the thought was snarled in his mind. He wanted this wolf to die now.

Kazuo heard Hiroki call out for Alamader and saw what had happened. At the moment of distraction Kin threw KJazuo off him and regained his paws.

"Yes Ário." Kizz rhasped, "I shall not disobay again." Exhausted, he plopped down onto the ground, bleeding heavily, but not enough to kill. There wasn't any way for him to lick the wound on his throat, so he rolled around in a small patch of grass. When he was done he looked up, *I wonder, is their Beta dead?* He thought, it was such a pleasant thought, but he let it go, not too concerned with anyone but himself.

Mage couldn't answer Zekki, his adrenolyn rush was wearing off. And while his jaw would eventually heal with time (though maybe not perfectly), he didn't feel any better. With the loss of adrenolyn, came the first waves of pain. It was blinding, red spots danced before his eyes, more and more of them. They seemed to get darker and darker, more and more until his vision was completely blocked off. *Must. Not. Black. Out.* Mage thought, blinking to clear his vision. He tried to nod as an answer to Zekki's question, and stumbled forward. He smelled blood, and instinct told him to go check it out. He continued to blink, little by little his vision coming back. *Good.* He thought, *I'm not completely helpless, now am I?* As his vision cleared and he got close enough he saw Alamander, Dovefeather, and Hiroki standing over them. His heart sunk. He watched as Hiroki snarled at the strange male Ario (how do you make the accent thing?) and limped over to Alamander and Dovefeather while he was distracted. *I wouldn't want to bother Hiroki right now* He thought, trying to revive the Beta first. He had no idea if Alamander was dead or not, but he rhasped his tongue over the higher ranking male's nose. He hoped it might have some effect.

Ário nodded to Kizz as he slumped down and stopped his fighting. He was going to feel pleased with himself for being obeyed so easily, when he heard a snarl. Turning slightly, he saw a weeping pup glaring at him. He snorted. Obviously he wants to blame me for something. Out of the corner of his vision, he saw a she-wolf and a Husky close to the bank of the water. Next to them lay the dead body of his brother, the Beta Male. He clamped his jaws in pain and looked away. The rage was slowly fading, even with the barks of the Alphas in the background.

He looked back to the pup. Stepping forward, he began to growl. "Scat, pup. The battlefield is no place for a puppy." He rumbled sharply, tail lashing to and fro. He could kill the pup in one bite, as he didn't have a soft spot for the little monsters. He hated anything small. Maybe that was why he loved his brother so much? He was most certainly bigger than his brother, but his brother could most likely tower over any other wolf. But, just thinking of Éri made his eyes slit as he held back tears.

Alamader twitched as he heard a howl, and then someone padding up to him...wait...maybe it was two wolves? He couldn't tell. Defensively and with blood staining his vision, he growled and attempted to get up to crouch over DoveFeather, but fell back to the water with a whine of pain. Suddenly, he felt a tongue roll over his muzzle, and realized it was his own pack around him. He rumbled and painfully tried to open his eyes. Everything was blurry, and he saw red everywhere. On the ground, in the river, on even the trees. And in the middle of a semi-circle the two Alphas were fighting to the death.

Jolting, his first concern was for Kazuo, and as he blinked, he became more aware on how badly injured he, and everyone else, was. Sadly, his paw was broken from the vicious lock of Ário, and he couldn't move. More aware, he noted Dove's breathing become more and more shallow. It was weak, very, very weak. Blocking out the fight, he attempted to crouch and licked the scruff of her neck. Please...don't leave me. I love you. He thought bitterly and bit his lower lip. But as he did this, Dove sighed. "P-..."she started. "Please...just...make s-sure that..." She broke off with a cough that shook her body. "Make sure...I'm forgiven..." She finally said, and her last breath escaped her. She lay dead.

Alamader was horrified. Stunned. He couldn't move. Forgiven? Does she mean for killing that other wolf? He thought, gasping with the shock. Finally, limbs madly shivering, he let his head fall back and let out a long, mourning howl of his mate's death. It was a song that was short and rasped from his tiredness. It was also filled with spite at the intruding wolves for taking away such an important character in his life.

"Then maybe you should leave!" Hiroki snarled back "You killed Dovefeather! You hurt Alamader! For what? To try and take over these lands as well? You think I'm stupid? I recognize your sent from long ago. You are the one who killed my father!" he snarled violently "Now you have killed Dovefeather." The tears had stopped falling and his eyes were cold and burned with hate. Hiroki stepped forward tords Ário, He wasn't afraid. Either he would find a way to kill Ário himself or be killed in the proses.

Kin and Kazuo both heard Hiroki's words and had stopped fighting at Alamader's howl. Kazuo had broken loose and went back to whee his pack was. He saw Dovefeather's body laying limp beside Alamader, And Hiroki standing his ground against the wolf that had killed his father.
Kin stood on the river bank and watched as the young pup stood firm against a wolf more then three times his size.

mina heard alamandars call of mourning and looked up, broken from her trance over the puppy. dvoefeather! she was dead! how could she forgive herself for not helping, not fighting, maybe saving her? mina shook her head and looked back at the pup for a second. the little one was watching her, or at least listening to her, with great concentration. shaking her head she nudged the little one up onto her feet, then muttering "come, come, do you have any parents?"

listra heard the howl as well and looked up at the big white wolf standing over her. she was sad, she thought, and so was everyone else. she could sense the fear and sadness in the air. the big wolf nudged her up and mutered a question to her which she souldnt understand.
