To the Last Blood (Wolf RP **dead**)

Aphra considered drawing air in and snarling, but that would be a waste of breath. "Really?" She said mildly, tilting her head. "I was not actually searching for acceptance, merely for company..." She let her words sink in, and ran her eyes appraisingly over Alamander. She changed her cocky stance though, aware that she may be seen as obstinate. Lowering her tail only slightly, and flattening her ears, the she-wolf continued. "I am Aphra. And yourself?"

Mage blinked and shook his head, having spaced off, "Wait!" He called out, "I'm Mage!" His shoulders slumped, "I wonder where that guy went." He mumbled, watching where Monarch had disappeared. Then he slowly turned, almost facing Alamander and gave the Beta a sheepish grin, "Erm... he seemed nice."

[Hour Glass]

"I agree Alamander, and it is time they learned more about the ranks of the pack" she said scenting the air. "Why are there so many intruders today?!" she muttered to her self.

Ignoring Mage, he immediately dropped into an offensive position as the she-wolf gave off a cocky, full-of-herself attitude. She must know nothing of Packs. He thought angrily. Otherwise she would know I was the Beta. "I have no intention to tell you who I am, loner." He snarled, teeth exposed, fur prickling and tail held high as a show of dominance. "And I don't care who you are. Just get off this territory." He spat violently, taking a pace forward. He knew she wouldn't dare attack him - who would be that foolish? Obviously he was high ranking in the Pack, and obviously any threats would bring the whole Pack on her.

Mage perked up again. He watched Aphra for a moment, and decided this was a good time to walk away. So, he took the opportunity to scramble off down the hill towards the others and where the elk lay. But half way down he decided to stay put under an overhanging rock. Crawling in, he smelled something rotting, but ignored it. Things rotted under rocks all the time, it was probably just a scrap of meat. Mage lay down (there wasn't enough room to sit or stand) and waited.

Statina sighed, she hadn't really done anything with the elk, she merely wanted to watch. She didn't feel all that well either, so she picked a spot further away from the others and lay down. *I wonder if something is going to happen sometime soon* she thought as she twitched her ear and aimlessly moved her front right paw on top of a rock.

Kazuo had nodded in agreement with Lona and Alamader and was looking around for Hiroki

Hiroki walked up beside Alamader, He wasn't sure why he wanted the she wolf to leave but Hiroki sensed no danger from her. "Why?" He asked Alamader.

"Because I've had it." Alamader barked sharply to Hiroki. "The loners! The lot of them! We just don't need any new members." He growled, not taking his eyes off the she-wolf for one second. "I can put up with the ones Kazuo is trying out now, but more...but more would just be too many to keep an eye on." His voice went soft and he glanced at Hiroki. "My duty is to protect everyone in the Pack, the Pack that saved me. And more and more new Pack members means more and more danger." He sighed and relaxed his threatening stance, taking a step back from the she-wolf, but keeping his ears pricked and tail high. It was funny how easily Alamader was angered, but also how easily one question could put him back in a relaxed mood.

Taking a long pause, finally Alamader snorted at the she-wolf and then tuned, starting carefully back down the hill to the pack. Whether or not the she-wolf was to follow was none of his concern, he decided. If he were Alpha, then he would have chased her off. But, he was only Beta, and so could only lead her to the Alpha for him to work everything out.

Lona nodded, "Why don't we do a pack call too, to scare other packs, and hostile loners" she said,

mina watched from a distance as the others tore into the elk. she lifter a paw and licked, cleaning of the blood from her white fur. being a warrior she was bloodied many times so around her muzzel was almost tinted pink. she heard growling that sounded like alamandar and she turned to look. alamandar was stalking off from a lone she-wolf with hiroki in tow, the newcomer mage was laying by a rocky clifflike ledge, most likely listeding to the conversation. mina just shook her head. newcomers were fine to her, she even liked most of them. alamandar had been one too! why he was always so opposed to them was a mystery to her as she never really got to know him. seeing him come closer she pretended to lick her paw again while watching him from the corner of her eye.
