Ivypaw glanced at her brother as he joined them. "That's why we were practicing," Nettlepaw meowed. "So that won't happen."

"Junebug, What's that scent?" Cedarfire sniffed the air. "Am I imagining the Clan tang to it?"
Junebug and her brother Cedarfire walked along the ridge that marked the Streamclan border. A new wind had kicked up from the South, bringing the scents of the Clan straight to their noses.
"It is a clan!" Junebug got all excited, hopping on her paws. "Do you think we should join?"
"Yes. I'm just as eager as you. But we can't trespass, we're not invited."
"Do we really have to sit and wait?"
"You haven't forgotten the Warrior code already?" Cedarfire plunked down on the Ground. "We'll wait."

[Feathered~]

Silverwillow stood up and smelled a new scent on the breeze. She went over to investigate.

Soon they saw a figure come out of the woods. Cedarfire stood up to acknowldge the cat. "Hello." He meowed calmly, nodding his head.

Silverwillow spotted the pair. "Hi." she mewed. "What are you doing here?"

[blue_dun]

"I'm Cedarfire, and this is my sister, Junebug." He flicked his tail at the little siamese by his side. "We're wondering... You see, we're looking for a new Clan to live in. Our old clan, Oakclan, was destroyed. It's kinda a long story. We scented you, and thanked Starclan for bringing us to where we're supposed to be."
Junebug nodded. "Would you be kind enough to take us?"

"Yeah. I'm Silverwillow, the deputy. You are welcome to join." she smiled.

[blue_dun]

"Why thanks!" Junebug smiled back and hopped on her paws again. "Let's go, Cedarfire!" She bounded off into the woods, leaving Silverwillow and her brother behind.
"She can be really excitable sometimes, but she's usually calmer." Cedarfire shrugged in apology and went and stood next to the deputy.

A pair of ghostly light gray eyes blinked happily at Cedarfire from in a bush...
