Rules of Sparki's palace:
-No cellphones allowed in the building, you have to pay a fine of 200 dollars. The reception of the cellphones screws with the electric
-Do not take the dogs out of the cages unless adopting, breeding, or walking. Only HIRED (Sparki's Choice) workers can train the dogs.
-No large dogs, only medium dogs and under.
-Dogs can be fixed, but do not exclude them from anything
-We will not tolerate fighting dogs
-Workers cannot be under the age of 18
-Volenteers can not be over the age of 17
-Do not exclude anyone, or else you will be fired.
Normal rules
-Must have one human, and all charries should be active!
-Make a boy for every girl, and a girl for every boy (Goes for humans too!)
-Dogs cannot be newborn, 3 months and up, unless dog gets bred
-No coming with preggo dogs
-No wolf mixes, wolves, or anything wild
-Please do not make vicious dogs
-All dogs are locked in cages that only Sparki can open, unless she gives you a key (trainers only)
-Trainers are PICKED by Sparki.
-No teacup yorkies, ECT, has to be a normal breed, not so tiny, or else it will be released (Only the picked vets will know about that, and I will PM them what that means)
-No crossbreeding, like a Pompom with a beagle. Thats just wrong and can kill the mother (Each way, pompoms have a very different structure from Beagles)
-Put Sparki's Palace in your favorite colour at the top of EACH form
-NO ANIME!
-NO POWERS!
