Silverwing looked up surprised and then slowly walked over trying to be calm. "Yes sunlight?" she meowed softly and gently. "Do you need anything...?"

[Wanderer.]

"What happened to coming to let me check on your leg?" Sunlight meowed sharply. "Sit." She demanded, not even stopping to think of how odd it was for a small cat to be bossing around cats double her size. Not bothering to check if the warrior obeyed she turned and grabbed more herbs from her store.

Silverwing looked at her. "But you already checked my leg, sunlight. You did when we got back" she meowed softly. "You only told me to come back in the morning.."

Scorchpaw peeked out of the medicine cat den to see Sunlight now busy with yet another patient. He looked up at the sky and saw the first red streaks of sunset colouring the sky. He decided to hunt. He didn't want to waste the last of the daylight waiting for Sunlight. He could finish talking to her later. Right now, after both Sunlight and Slivertooth's speaches, he wanted to do exactly what they said and make the clan strong. And of course no clan could be strong without prey to fill it. As he walked out of the medicine cat den and into the lush forest surrounding the camp, Scorchpaw couldn't help noticing that there weren't any other cats his age. Everyone was older then him or, the rare exception, Pebblekit, but she was a kit. He wanted someone his own age to play with and he felt depressed that there was no one else in StoneClan his age. Well, he thought, I have lived my whole life by myself, joining StoneClan doesn't seem to be much different. He stopped short when he heard a russleing up ahead and he flatened his ears and let out a sharp "hiss". He was surprised to see a rabbit, dart out from the bushes and not a BoneClan cat like he had expected. He gave chase as the rabbit started to weave it's way around tree trunks and through bushes but somehow, Scorchpaw managed to gaining on it. He reached out an unsheathed paw and hooked the rabbit's leg. It stumbled and fell and Scorchpaw nearly tumbled over it. He fortunatly stopped himself just in time and sung his teeth into the rabbit's neck. Holding it with his two front paws intill it stopped struggleing, dead. He picked it up and set it down out of the way, near a raspberry bush and scraped dirt over the dead body. Faceing the woods again he lifted his nose up to sent the air for more prey.

"Nevermind, but I still need to check it." Her tone softened slightly. She always forgot how sensetive Silverwing was. She couldn't be as snappy with her she scolded herself. "Sit down now." The she-cat meowed, wishing she was as patient and calm as her mentor had been before her. Suddenly she remembered what she had been planning all day, the Moonpool. She'd double check everyone's wounds and go, she might make it in time, if she didn't she'd have to stay until the next day, and to leave her Clan right now... She'd just have to hurry.

She sat down and lowered her gaze. She waited for sunlight to check her leg. Hopefully she will be able to hunt again and let this not be a wall in her path.

[Wanderer.]

"It's healing well." Sunlight commented, looking over it carefully. "No more herbs needed. Rest todayand tommorow, come let me check it, and you may be able to go on the sunset patrol." She smiled and nodded to the warrior before going to get ready to go to the moonpool.

"Alright thanks sunlight,* she got up. "Thats great." She purred happyly. "Oh- and sunlight if you need anything just ask me alright? ill be glad to help." She nodded her thanks again and slipped out of the den walking over to the warriors den.

Pebblekit cleared her throat ''I am not kit anymore, i don't PLAAAY .I am going to be apprentice soon'' but even as she said this she found her eyes straying to a tempting butterfly near by, she suppressed the urge to leap on it .
''when am i becoming a apprentice'' she asked.

"Of course Pebblekit." Sunlight meowed eyes teasing. "Or should I call you Pebble'paw' now? We'll need a leader before you can be apprenticed. I'm actually going to the moonpool now to see if I can speak with StarClan." She meowed, standing, ready to double check everything was okay before leaving.
