To himself he said 'and also the most beautiful wolf in the pack' She looked especially beautiful with that rose behind her ear, it went really well with her dark, black fur.

Ace sighed and walked over to the stream to get a drink. He then noticed that his stomach was rumbling, so he went hunting. As he stalked the herd of elk through the woods, he thought about all that had happened. Suddenly he thought of Fate's feisty face when she said 'alphaness', and he couldn't contain himself. He laughed. All the elk ran away, but he didn't care. All he could think of was Fate. His stomach rumbled again. Well, I might as well start with catching some food for the pack he thought. He stalked and killed an elk, and then he brought it back to camp. After that he ate and then went to his den.
