Kovu turned and faced her. he looked into her eyes knowing it was wrong but he still did it.

Chacka and Kivo both ate and left one for Kovu when he wanted it. they licked their muzzles afterwards then went on the prowl around their land.

essy looked to him "wil you be my mate?" she asked softly.

Tia's eyes turned to watch Chacka and his father do a patrol of their territory. It was then that she allowed herself to fully relax, she enjoyed being around and teasing males, but it got a bit lonely without any other lionesses here with her. She shrugged it off, trying to force herself to think that it would mean a better pick of the males in the terrirtory.

Stark purred again, his eyes shining with happiness, "Of course" he said softly, giving her cheek an affectionate lick. Now that things where settled bewteen the two of them, he couldn't wait to announce it to the rest of the tigers.

Otis watched Danger eventually fall asleep. He snorted softly to himself, "Tigers are such lazy creatures" he muttered, flicking his tail tip. He stood up once again, his ears flicking as he opened his mouth to catch the scents of his land. He turned and started padding towards the center of their lands, being sure to take his time.

Skye's body stiffened when the male looked directly towards her. She half flattened her ears, feeling slightly uncomfortable being so close to a male lion without there being a battle of some kind.

Kivo and Chacka prowled the area for a while longer then went to pride rock and lay on the Beta ledge. they sunbathed and talked about the landscape and the juicy animals that lived on it.

Kovu turned and lay back down in the wet mushy sand.

Essy smiled "have you ever thought about cubs?" she asked softly.

Skye's eyes remained on Kovu as he lay down in the mushy sand. She finally decided to talk, having enough of the awkward silence. "Why did you ask me my name earlier?" she asked, her tone wasn't really hostile, but it wasn't really friendly either, more like simple curiosity.

Tia sniffed the air, the fresh scents of Kivo and Chacka reaching her nose. She stretched her front paws out infront of her before shoving herself to her paws, deciding that now was the perfect time to search for a male, she was tired of being on her own. She looked around her before leting out a low roar, asking if there where any males around.

Stark's eyes glimmered as he nodded his head once. "Yes, more than once actually" he purred, waiiting for her reaction, "Have you?"

"just curious. i know the names of every tiger on that side but not you" Kovu shrugged simply.

Kovu,Chacka and Kivo then roared.

"quite alot" she smiled "but never really found someone to help me reach my dreams"

Skye's tail tip flicked, then nodded her head once, the answer satisfying her for now. "Skye" she said simply. After a few moments she spoke again, her voice quieter now, "And yours?" she asked, turning her eyes to look down at her paws, as if the question embarrassed her. She frowned when he roared, even flattening her ears a little bit at the sound.

Tia's ears perked when Kovu, Chacka and Kivo answered her call. She sat there for a moment, wondering what they where going to do.

"Me neither" Stark replied quietly. He leaned forwards until his muzzle was directly next to her ear, "Until now" he murmered, giving her neck another affectionate lick.

Essy licked him again "i want you to be the father when i have cubs" She smiled getting up and standing in front of him.

"im Kovu" Kovu nodded politely "i dont like all these fights our sifferent kinds start it seems un natural"

Chacka and Kivo just stayed there.

Skye shrugged her slim shoulders, looking back at Kovu. "Neither do I, but it just seems to happen" she murmered quietly, her ears flicking thoughtfully.

Tia huffed and even let out a small growl when neither male came into her sights. She waited for a few more moments before standing up and beginning to pace around, her tail tip flicking wildly.

Essy lay on the soft dand again before rolling over and over to help the egg be fertilised.

"i just wish there was a way to stop it. i mean i have nothing against tiger's they are beautiful creatures." Kovu smiled.

The males didn't really want to chase a female all the time so they just waited for a girl to come that wouldn't be all 'im perfect so you have to chase to win me'

Tia growled again before turning and stalking in the direction she knew the males where in. When they where within her sights she pointedly sat down and started grooming her short fur, waiting to see what they would do. She had done the one thing that had gone against her nature, gone to the males instead of them coming to her. Well, she had gone halfway at least, and expected one of the males to do the same. She glanced at them out of the corner of her eye, wondering which one of them would come towards her first, she half frowned as she continued to groom herself, wondering if there was going to be a fight between the two males.

Skye gave Kovu a small half smile in return, beginning to warm up to his presence a bit more. She allowed her body to relax a little bit around him. She didn't really care if it was mating season or not, he was a lion, so she didn't really expect him to feel the same way as a male tiger would do.

Stark purred with contentment, laying back down in the shade of the tree.
