Lions

Kovu stood there and looked at Kivo,Chacka and saw the other 2 in the grounds. he roared once more to represent to start of the so called metting. "right as we all know the tigers want more territory and we must not let them. we must fight back" Kovu said strongly. "also we have seen several encounters between our pride and their pack. we must try and avoid these. also i would like to say today is the start of mating season and there are no restrictions so enjoy" he smiled then bowed his head.

Chacka listened to Kovu then nodded at his words before turning and walking away after bowwing his head back to him. He walked along and went to a dry patch then lay down in the sun and rested there. he planned to do so till he was either needed or just wanted.

Kivo stayed ther then he roared before running into a unknown lion who wanted to take over their pack. he snarled then swatted the other male over the face nocking him to the ground. the male got up and clawed at Kivo's eyes and legs. Kivojust simply bit down on the opponents leg and raggied him around. the male ran off in defeat"wey!" Kivo chuckled then lay down on the border of their territory.

Tigers

Essy got up and walked to Stark. she lay next to him and licked his muzzle.she had fallen for Stark since the first time she saw him and she was hopeful that he liked her back. she knew it was mating season but wasnt really bothered she just wanted someone who loved her to be by her side.

Danger sat on her own - once again. She wanted to talk to another tiger but she didnt know anyone. she sighed and slumped to the floor thinking about why no-one really liked her.

Tia sighed quietly before making her way extremely slowly towards the group of males. As she'd expected, they where talking about the tigers yet again. She sighed quietly and sat down once more, her long tail flicking behind her. She couldn't help but roll her eyes when Kovu told the rest of them it was mating season. Trust a male to remember that.. she thought with a small amount of irritation. She pointedly stood up again and padded forwards, leaping up onto another boulder and lay on her side, then on her back, revealing her fluffy stomach to the sun, enjoying the warm rays of sunshine, not caring if she was in heat or not, nor if it was mating season.

Otis grumbled to himself when the tigress sat down on her side. She didn't seem to be interested in crossing their boarder, but he was deffinitely going to stay and keep an eye on her. He couldn't trust tigers as far as he could throw them, so he too sat, just next to the boarder, watching Danger with his unblinking amber eyes, his unusually white mane dancing softly in the light breeze.

Destiny padded around in small circles, sheathing and unsheathing her claws as she thought about what had just happened with the lion male. She turned her head to look back the way he had gone, temporarily stopping her circling, before resuming, her pace faster than it was before. In the end she moved towards the boarder, and calmly sat down, wondering why the male had wanted to know her name.

Stark opened one eye fully to look up at Essy, her scent had already given away that she was near, but when she licked his nose it came as a surprise to him. He gave her a small purr and rolled back onto his stomach, butting her shoulder gently with his head. He found that Essy was one of the few tigers that he got along with, and was actually able to relax around her.

Lions

Kovu didnt look were he was going he just went to the border where the tigeress was but he didnt see her. he pawwed at the tree sharpening his claws.

Kivo just lay there.

Chacka saw Tia then decided to follow her. he climbed the boulders silently then watched her before leaping up fully and landing near her. he pondered up to her "hey tia" he smiled softly and sat there.

Tigers

Essy nuzzled Stark and she rested her head on his paws "i like you Stark. i always have" she admitted raising her head again and looking into his eyes, her own twinkling.

Danger looked at him he was so gorgeous but he would never like her. she began to fall for him even though it was wrong she couldnt help it he was just so hot.

Tia let out a short purr of laughter, staring up at Chacka with her bright amber eyes twinkling up at him. She remained laying on her back, and stretched out one paw to gently bat him on the nose, remembering to keep her claws sheathed, the smallest hint of a smile on her face.

Stark purred quietly at Essy, "I feel the same way about you too" he admitted, his words lost in the deeep rumbling purr that escaped from his throat. "I never thought you actually felt the same way about me as I do for you.."

Chacka chuckled then nibbled on her ear affectionately.

"i didnt think you did either." Essy smiled an moved closer so they were touching in every place possible. her tail hit his softly. she then rested her head on the back of his mane.

Otis continued to watch the tigress with slightly narrowed eyes. He silently debated wether he should call other members of his Pride to assist him incase the female tried crossing again, but he was sure that he could deal with a lone tiger if she chose to start a fight. He didn't like hurting females, but he would be eventually forced into it if she chose to come into their lands.

Skye stretched her paws again, arching her back to get rid of the last of her sleepyness. She prowled along the boarder, seeing the distant figure of the male she'd seen earlier, except this time he was on his side of the boarder, not theirs.

Stark let out a low rumbling purr, butting Essy's head affectionately with his own head. He breathed in her comforting scent, she'd been one of the first tigers he'd talked to when he came into these lands, and it seemed more than natural to be around her.

Tia chuckled quietly and batted gently at his nose again before rolling onto her side and standing up. She couldn't resist flicking her tail tip lightly underneath his chin teasingly before leaping down off of the boulder, just to see what he would do.

Danger just lay there not doing anything. she eventually fell asleep after a few itches and scratches.

Essy smiled and licked his face as if she were cleaning him. she loved him alot and would do anything for him.

Lions

Chacka rolled his eyes but then chuckled and chased after her. he liked her but wasnt sure what she thought of him.

Kivo walked around.

Kovu looked up to Skye and watched her but after a while he groomed himself.

Skye watched the male lion calmly, noticing that he already knew she was there. She allowed her claws to unsheathe at the sight of him grooming himself, slightly irritated at the face that he felt relaxed around her, even though she was a tiger. She huffed quietly and paced along the length of the boarder, knowing fully well that if he crossed, she would have no choice to attack. She glanced sideways at him for a split second whilst he was grooming himself, admiring his muscles underneath his pelt, then quickly snapped her eyes away, her ears flat against her head.

Stark continued to purr deeply as she licked him, he gave a short, yet loving lick on her cheek, trying to show that he loved her back without actually using his words.

Tia chuckled quietly when Chacka followed after her. She had done this quite a few times to different males. Teasing them in the middle of mating season, just to have a bit of 'fun'. She had never actually fallen for any males before, she was keeping her eye out for one of the largest, stronger males she could find, and since this territory was practically bursting with plenty of male lions for her to choose from, and no other female lions, she thought she could afford to have a look around, before finally choosing who she wanted to be her real mate.

Kovu finished grooming himself then walked up the border to were the large watering/bathing hole was. he got in and sawm around for a bit. he climbed out then slowly shook himself dry. his mane went puffed up and his pelt shined in the sunlight.

Essy purred and flcked his paw onto her back before laying longways infront of him. so they were in a |-- shape. she purred again then her tail flicked up and she sprayed her scen on the ground - she had to it would damage her insides if she didn't.

Kivo roared - it was hunting time. Chacka joined him but Kovu didn't hear so stayed put. both Kivo and Chacka ran after a herd of dear their muscles flexing as they did so. they took down 2 deers each and one of the females was pregnant. then Kivo and Chacka flicked the kills onto their backs before laying them down infront of Tia since they feasted as a pack.

Skye watched Kovu as he finished grooming himself and then went in, and eventually out of the water hole. She sniffed quietly, her ears still half flattened against her head as she tried to decide what to do. Logically, she knew that she should at the very least growl at him for crossing into their territory earlier, but she didn't think he was doing anything wrong now. She stretched herself out on her side of the boarder, laying down on her side, her light amber eyes never leaving him.

Tia's ears flicked as the two males brought back food for her and themselves. She selected one of them and instantly started chewing on it, her long, lithe body lay down on the ground next to the deer as she ate. Once she was done she cleaned the blood off of her muzzle with a contented purr, her tail tip flicking behind her, unknowingly spreading her scent more than she wished to.

Stark's ears perked a little bit when Essy srayed her scent, he tried to keep his mind focoused on something else, and licked her shoulder affectionately. His dark eyes never leaving her face. He couldn't help but wonder, since they'd both said they'd liked each other, if they where actually mates now, or where they still just very close friends.
