Ice's ears perked, alerted at the sound of the howl. She howled back.

BlackThunder raised her head and answered the howl with a long and sweet one. She turned her head back down in order to look across the horizon from her perch. She could see a small human settlement farther down and wondered when the poachers would make their first move. Her eyes closed slightly to glare as some humans came out of the building.

Luka walked over to the others, he licked his lips, "Hey y'all." He said in his souther draw. His tail wagged back and forth as he approached the alpha. He rolled over and licked the air, submitting.

BlackThunder nodded so he could stand up but stayed in her dominant posture. "Yes? You have something you need to say?",she asked wondering the reason for him to approach.

"Umm..." Luka gulped, "No..." He said, ears pressed against his head, his tail tucked between his legs. He looked at the ground and started to back away.

BlackThunder rolled her eyes and got to her paws shaking her pelt free of grass. "You don't have to be so scared",she said matter of factly and bent down to stretch.

Luka nodded, "all right." He said with a smirk, and stood up tall puffing out his chest.

Ice padded up behind him. "Hi. The name's Ice but you can just cal me Ice." she snickered at her little joke.

Fusion padded in the camp head high, even though he was an omega.

Adolpha, hearing the howl, approaches the source of the sound. Her brother, Cloud, follows close behind. They both approach the alpha and bow their heads in respect. They wait for her permission to speak.
